Chapter 5 looks like it will be coming later in the Beta.

Mickey already had a keyblade in Kh1. And first BBS and literal keyblade graveyard teaser is in kh2
There were three keyblade wielders in the first game. I hope this helps
It was a mistranslation. In Japanese, Sora is *a* chosen Keyblade wielder, not *the* chosen Keyblade wielder. Nomura worked a "Chosen One" story starting in Dark Road because of that lol.
Even though there are 3 different keyblades in kh1. Kingdom Key, Kingdom Key-D, and The keyblade of hearts used by Riku/Ansem.
I’ll just put this here. After playing it for a few hours, I’ve realised the combat is a lot better than the last beta. Playing with a controller now feels fantastic and a lot closer to how it would on a console game. All the updates I’ve seen so far have been excellent compared to last December and give me hope for the full game

I really hope they’re putting a lot of effort into the combat. I didn’t play KHUx because I couldn’t stand the combat. Hopefully we get some event bosses or super bosses.
The customization still looks amazing, and I’m excited for that too!
I like the new default outfit its more apropiate for the Avatar, as a drifter from Daybreak town is weird that he wore clothes similar to the ones that the residents of Scala wear.

I love that they adopted the free roam that pokemon go seems to despise so much. It really helps for rural players

Ok here’s a wild theory: what if Nept is one of Aqua’s ancestors? Nept is short for Neptune, who is the God of the Sea. Him and Aqua having corresponding names and similar hairstyles is really interesting. Could just be a coincidence but this is Nomura so…..do with this theory what you will.😊
Nomura did say that bloodlines will be doven into in Missing Link, so you could very well be into something.
I immediately thought he was related to Aqua somehow!
Hopefully this game is near completion and gets released soon. I've been itching for a kingdom hearts game since kh3.

Really love how the dialogue flows in this game compared to even three, it's really good and I like the characters so far! Nice to see the Union Cross/358 days type of flow to the dialogue in a voiced setting, gives it a lot more life when not constrained to a text bubble
Sora wasn't chosen by a master but by the keyblade itself, a proper guardian of light
Actually He's Been Contacted To Ventus From The Start, Ever Since Birth By Sleep, When He Was Little, His And Ventus Hearts Has Been Touched, And After Ven's fight with Vanitas; His Heart is Been Sleeping, It Because He almost lost in darkness, but it wasn't For "His" Help, After That; He's In Sora's Heart, That Would Been Proved He Chose By Ventus, As an Keyblade Welder.
Soras whole theme is being someone with a special heart that can use the strength of those he shares bonds with. Sora wasnt chosen by the keyblade, he had ventus' heart within him giving him the ability to weild a keyblade. Riku was chosen, but he chose darkness so the keyblade went to the closest person to Rikus heart - Sora.
It is revealed by Nomura that Riku's Light gave Sora the Keyblade, an extension of Riku's Heart. Roxas confirms this during the Battle between him and Sora in Sora's Heart in KH2.

@@Fragmentsinfractals488the last part is false, the "he" in Roxas' line "Why did he pick you?" was referring to DiZ choosing Sora as his tool against the Organization instead of going with Roxas, this was confirmed in the book "Kingdom Hearts Character Files"

the ap system was buns in the last two kh mobile games and I’m so mad it’s back. just let me play and fight as much as I want and spend ap for story fights! You would think they’d want you on their game as much as possible but when regular fights cost hella ap and you’d rather spend money on pulls or outfits instead of ap, it just leaves you with the option to close the game and try to remember to come back which is the opposite of what u should want ur players to do. The game looks amazing tho!! Thank u sm for uploading! Praying we either get a release soon or at least a us beta soon

at the current moment the devs are focusing mobile. yet we dont know if there certain consideration will be ported over to console.

Buy a controller for mobile, or an adaptator, that you put on your mobile, and then you put your PS4 controller on it, and play it with bluetooth

I usually don't like gacha games, but at least they changed the gacha elements to be only magic/commands and not all of the attacks themselves like in UX. Nice time killer I guess.
Is the player character holding the keyblade like Young Xeanort? 😮
The Player is the old man in robe in KHUX ending and he raised YX on Destiny Islands, even though he didn’t train him at using the keyblade.
What we know so far is that the Dark Seeker “touched” his heart and, besides the memories, he may have gained his battle experience and technique unconsciously, that’s why he’s more skilled and talented than Young Eraqus.
Okay so in this era a keyblade welder was very rare
The story going be interesting since this is going to connect the dots on A lot of things on what the player experience in his 2nd life
Not to mention Nomura said we'll be exploring bloodlines in this game, so I feel we're going to get a lot of information that connects everything between Xehanort's arc and Sora's arc.

It's most likely Japanese only. Dubbing is typically done closer to final build/release.

It's in beta, meaning not finished yet. Once it's done and available to the public worldwide it will surely have one. No KH products have released overseas without one.

Honestly this should have a voice selection since your avatar does speak.
I agree. The player insert doesn't seem to have that many speaking lines anyway, so it it should't cost them that much to have a dozen different voice actors/actresses record the same lines and let you pick the one that suits your character. Or have a The Sims-style voice slider, but that may end up sounding artificial.
The characters all speaking audibly and the player responding in text is just going to sound very jarring in the long-term.
They must be the high class society which are related to Ephemer but maybe that society is evil or something

I am pretty happy to see a KH with an interesting setting unlike 3. Feels even like another game. Oh, how do you recover AP? I am fearing that the only way is by the shop or waiting 4543 hours.
You get AP by doing stuff whilst physically exploring in the real world. There will be a hands-free mode, where your character will automatically do stuff for you as you, let's say, drive to the store and back.
