I have a 2013 .. if a freakin 2007 pulled up I would show him the same fear I would a 2014 ... a 5.4 is just as deadly as a 5.8 period

Yea, I got a an 11 with a vmp gen1 (smaller then the trinity) car makes 704/695 on 19lbs it’s a freakin blast. Car payment sucks but whatever lolol keep the Shelby content flowin!

Steve Brumm it depends on the set up ..... people over hype the 5.8 liter ...
but forget the 5.4 is the same thing (just less cubic inches .... the 5.8 yes makes more power but anything less then a 5.8 your not that far off ..you just proved that with those numbers those are sick numbers .... my buddy has a 3.4 whipple 2014 and he has the same torque as you well he got 666 on a mustang dyno ....
Oh and his horsepower is the same as yours .... my point ? Don’t be scared of the 13/14 GT500s if you have a 5.4 your just as stronger ....
I just bought a 2013 GT500 love the car .... as of now my ex 2009 GT500 kenne Bell only 15psi would destroy my 2013 (yes its stock for now ) but wait for it lol
This is an absolute beautiful car, and the noise is addictive. I would own that car here in Australia in a second, the power figure obviously wouldn't be the same more like 515hp...I would have the biggest smile on my face😁😁😁.

With the right mods you can make 700 to the tire with that Trinity.Vmp got started making superchargers based off the Trinity.
pretty sure vmp was making blowers before the trinity came out. The first 2.3 TVS for the gt500 was released around 07 and vmp started running them and modding them back then

I'v been thinking about doing that sound tube mod on my 13 gt500. When i punch it all i hear(and everyone around me hear) is exhaust. I miss the wine. I want to amplify it outside and inside. Everybody needs the wine in there life.

Did u have a lower pulley?? And was that only on pump? Trying to get to 700whp on mine once my swap is done. Doing 91 and torco mix
700 is no problem with a 2.3 and octane booster you need to focus on supporting mods though not just the pulleys I'm talking monoblade tbody if you can and the bps elbow and even port the blower if possible you can easily exceed 700 though.

A short shifter will make the tr6060 stout the 13/14 comes stock already with a short shifter
It's "revised". MGW gen2 shifter is much more precise and just plain better.

you don't need that noise to prove your car makes power. And another thing... dude... you just should have bought a 13-14.
He got this car WAY cheaper than a 13-14 I think he paid like 28 grand. It has the trinity blower and is making 644 to the tires on stock pulley. That is right in line with what a 13 does with similar mods. I can see why he went with the 12 it makes more sense for the money imo.
Spot on Lil’ Ike. Paid $28k for it 2 years ago. Car today could probably sell for $37-38k. Car still makes around 650 wheel, and I saved a boat load of money over a 13/14. Much happier with the ‘11.
@@jeffzicker7531 it is just as good a car yes 13 was upgraded in alot of areas but the biggest thing is blower, taillights, etc etc stuff that is easily changed if need be. The amount of money you gotta pay for a 13 over a nice 11 or 12 isn't worth it imo. I paid 16500 for my 07 so I went even further with this idea because they are very similar cars at the core to all gt500s through the 12. They have essentially the same power plant once they are bolt ons like my car is there isn't much difference. I know about the iron block vs aluminum but really its up to each person what they wanna do with the car. For the money I spent its a no brainer and your car is a solid deal too for the money. The 13 is a nice car no doubt but dollar for dollar its not the end all be all gt500 everyone makes it out to be. The 07-12 can be wicked with a blower swap the 5.4 is PLENTY capable it isn't some kind of second rate crap 5.8 guys make it out to be lol. With the 5.8 you are paying a ton more money for not that much benefit lol. I kinda see it the other way the 5.4 is the better one for the money it makes way more sense.

Nice car. But why have anything other than a fuckin civic in NYC. I lived 50miles away from NYC for 26 years and every time i went through to even go somewhere it was fuckin miserable. Having 600+whp under my foot would have made it worse. Fuckin nypd on every corner. People everywhere. Ugh

No it's a real 2011 that makes as much power as a 13-14 with the same mods and pulley combo and he got it 10+ grand cheaper if not more. I think he did pretty good. I'd rather have a 5.4 honestly I think the fact that it isnt bored within an inch of its life helps it stay alive at elevated power levels. Not that the 5.8 cant take some abuse I would prefer a 5.4. Better yet is an iron block 5.4 way cheaper to replace if you have to and can take just as much if not more power at the expense of a little extra weight.

No gt500s are straight badass old school muscle cars they have the look and feel of an old school muscle car and the sound from the 5.4 and 5.8 is just plain nasty.
