Thank you so much for listing the exact measurements!!! Some people can eyeball while cooking, but some are just not that adventurous(me-I’m not that adventurous).
Nacho cheese sauce is great idea instead of cheese because it adds a lot of flavor and texture. Sometimes cheese can be too salty! Ill make it. I dont think I have ever bought a can. But I have eaten plenty of gas station nachos as a teen!
Yes, just make sure they're sealed in a container or ziplock bag. Don't wrap them up and leave them in the fridge. I also strongly recommend reheating them in the oven instead of the microwave.
1. Dont use low calories wrap 2. Use 80/20 beef instead of 90/10. 3. Use regular cheese 4. Throw in beans. 5. Throw in rice. 6. Honestly, these need vegis. One thing i dislike about this channel's recipes is the lack of nutritional substance. Throw in bell peppers. For the amount of rice and beans - could do a cans worth of beans and split it out across each tortilla. Rice about 1.5 - 2 cups raw rice, then cook it obv
@@peytonsmith5776 becsuse carbs are often in forms of delicious food people over eat them all the time and think they're bad. Just be mindful. Carbs have more calories than protein. Clearly you know what you talking about friend. Carbs aren't the enemy it's your damn portion size people
The amount of FAT in each of this dude's meals is not talked about. It's like stacking a burger with 5 patties, filled with cheese slices and adding "protein" bread.. FAT IS A MACRO 😂 stop ignoring it.

Looks good quick and easy 😊
There’s no way in hell that’s low calories. Send us the macros right now. Lol
My God that looks so delicious. Thanks for making us salivate. :-)
Can you do an underweight series?
You know what I would add!
Mashed boiled eggs and tiny diced potatoes
Sounds absolutely disgusting
Sounds good!
Whats that dipping sauce in the beginning?
maybe mayonaise
Looks good. I wish I could fold a burrito like that. Mine always leak out, fall apart, or break. I've never been able to fold a burrito. 😂
you need to warm it up a bit, use stove or microwave
It’s like rolling a blunt!!!
How can I add cheese that’s not mine?
what kind of cheese are you using when you say "low fat cheese"
any low fat cheese. there are some low fat shredded mozzarella cheese.
Which tortillas do you use?
Im also in aus
Will putting them in the fridge make them last a week

Is it me or 360kCal for every burrito that small seem like a lot? Genuine question
Thought it was a jalalsamfit video lol
Anyone recommend a good low calorie tortilla.
This is the Walmart Version of Aussie Fitness’s cheesy beef burrito meal prep.
Bet it’s good with black beans and corn too.
Can you make one of these for a high calorie light on the stomach, for gaining weight.
1. Dont use low calories wrap
2. Use 80/20 beef instead of 90/10.
3. Use regular cheese
4. Throw in beans.

Ooo could also make some guac or just mash up some avocado for some healthy fats
What accent is that? (English is not my first language)
just eat the creamy beef with 4 scrabbled eggs and you have a much better meal, more protein & lower calories and bad carbs.
There’s nothing bad about carbs. Where are people coming up with this crap?

I love this videos and your voice is so f-ing hot! ❤
get a grip 😭
Blud what, get a job
I like this minus the nacho cheese
u consider this easy bro :D ?
It's mixing meat with some seasoning and sauce...not that hard. Messy maybe, but not hard.
I’m sorry, but almost none of your macros in the recipes are correct. They’re decent ideas, but you’ve got to be more honest
Look good but not low calorie
they are
It is almost impossible to have more protein than calories in a meal. Unless you're eating tuna or sardines , it's nearly impossible.
This is just a lie in this video. 42 grams of protein yet not even 100 grams of meat....? Seems rubbish

16g of fat for 42g of protein is not terrible. Fat is good for you and helps keep you feeling full (:
Also you can easily make this with even more protein by making the queso with blended cottage cheese. It's delicious 😋
No beans?
