Hun about the dance, dancing is a skill and you get better by dancing more. If you're new to dancing you cannot expect yourself to be great at it.❤

Taz I think you should try Tap dancing! You only need to think about the half rather than whole body, it's far less overwhelming and accessible no matter your skill. I just found a nice class and it's not as stressful as other dance disiplines! 🌸 X

Idk if anyone will see this mini essay but I think u and everyone rlly should try out bouldering at a climbing gym. When I tried it I immediately fell in love with it. While it is physically and mentally challenging it is so rewarding and forces you to have more trust in yourself. You learn to celebrate smaller achievements like sometimes when u dont manage to reach the top but u made it further than your last attempt. But making it to the top of a route you thought you couldnt do its just an amazing feeling and rlly boosts your confidence. Also the community is so great, I never felt judged because the ppl are either focused on their climb or come over to support you. I had a random person guide me to the top the first time I went alone and when I made it he gave me a high five and celebrated with me. So overall while it can be scary or frustrating sometimes, just like everything else can be, bouldering is generally such a fun and positive hobby to have.

You are my comfort channel and person. I feel like I can relate to trying to find a hobby , put my self out there and make more meaningful connections! I’m literally taking a painting class and also a 2 month free play of badminton at a high school around us & it’s been so rewarding . I recommend yoga, cooking ( try the red meat girl) it’s something I’m struggling too but start off w something that looks easy. I recommend buying a cool cook book and making a recipe from that once every week or two to expand

13:07 🤣 That was adorable. I've lived my entire life in the southwestern United States and I've never heard anyone pronounce it "you - no." I've always heard it pronounced "oo - no," because it's Spanish for the number one. That's why you say "uno" when you only have one card left. Do people in the UK say it that way? Maybe I've just never heard it like that before.

Hi Taz, love your videos! I have a white quartz kitchen too, to clean the stains I use bi carbonate of soda and half a lemon. Put the bicarbonate of soda on to the stain squeeze the lemon juice on to it and it will fizz. Leave for a minute and use the lemon to rub the mixture in to the stain. That should work, the main thing that stains white work surfaces is Turmeric so be very careful 😊

For the stains on the counter, you can use some sort of cream/paste cleaner and a sponge/scourer! I use Pink Stuff quite a lot because my hair dye goes everywhere stains the white units in my bathroom 😬🤣 pink stuff get it right off!

You can get those turmeric stains out of your countertop with some good ol' baking soda. Make a paste with equal parts baking soda and water, rub it onto the stain, let it sit for about 10-15 minutes, then scrub it off/rinse (rinse with vinegar if it's particularly stubborn). Actually baking soda paste is amazing for all kinds of stuff, including getting tomato stains out of plastic containers.

Love the vid tazz okay heres the breakdown
    - yes time is really going fast its the fourth month of the year.
-the food looked good but usually people use that much oil when making for a larger group of people and oh also nice colour of the food. Try pakistani food next time 🫶🏻🫶🏻
    - Fellow person here who sometime also gets bloated so a few thing I'll reccomend are;
    1. Peppermint tea just boil some some fresh peppermint leaves until the colour is slightly pink and drink takes out all the gases.
    2.Walking
    3.basil seeds in water
    4. Plantago ovata
    5. Apple cider vinegar
Plus loved the ludo us guys still play it whenever we have a bbq and man do we have the most amazing times heheh

I have switched my cows milk for almond milk.
I don’t take Zinc vitamins or fibre vitamins. Both would hard bloat me, once I stoped my stomach felt so much better.
I now take pills for digesting dairy products better, when I want to eat products with dairy in them.
I have found food that my gut doesn’t like, that I try to stay away from like, cabbage, I can eat cooked cabbage but not raw cabbage.

Taz I meant to mention on the last vlog and I think I forgot- try water kefir. Sometimes you can find it premade in stores, but not all have it. But you can buy water kefir starter and make it at home super easily, you just feed it every few days with sugar. When it’s done it tastes like fizzy sugar water so you add whatever flavor you like. I usually add lemon juice for fizzy lemonade and it’s great. Dairy kefir kind of gives me the ick too.
