It's called Exposure Therapy. You expose yourself to uncomfortable thoughts, situations, foods, places... more and more until you get comfortable with the situation. The way to be stronger in situations is to expose yourself to those situations that make you feel uncomfortable. Same with food. Attach a good time or good memory to foods you do not like and pretty soon you will be liking that food.
Next time you try gnocchi, after you boil and drain it, pan-fry them in some olive (or other friendly) oil until they get a touch of brown on all sides. Then toss them in the sauce. It will give them a lot different texture and they're MUCH tastier!
I've been watching your content for like 3 years now and so seeing you change and explore your options in life and learn while also sharing it (the good parts of it but also bad parts) is so comforting. It helps me ease into the fact that I too am an adult now and that growing up doesn't have to be scary; thank you ^^ Have a wonderful day Taz :]
Hi Taz, yes definitely contact Shark if your hoover isn't working or google the make and model of your hoover to find the manual and try to troubleshoot it yourself if you want? Also, and I know it sounds a bit doomsday-preppy, but seriously consider buying some bottled water with a really good date on it and store in a cool and dark place at home, for just such a situation. The advice is to have enough for three days and 2.5 litres per person per day. If you don't need it just use it up and replenish it with fresh supply near the best before date. This has saved us a couple of times when we've lost the water supply, it meant we could have a drink, brush our teeth and give the cat clean water to drink, and we could give our neighbour a bottle too ^_^
Aw I remember not only when you had your first flat, but from way back when you lived in Cardiff! Just realized I've been watching you for something like 6 years! Love your videos, they're so fun and creative!
Totally agree on anyone but you!! The tension built up so fast it wasn't very believable and the movie was mostly running on Sydney Sweeney being hot which is totally fine too haha
In South Africa, we have loadshedding so we have no electricity for 2.5 or 4.5 hours at a time, multiple times a day…usually during peak hours. Getting ready for work, driving in traffic in the morning and afternoon because traffic lights don’t work during these times and then coming home to no electricity so you can’t cook dinner. Also… we can go without water for days here because the pipes aren’t maintained and always burst (this is the case in my area, which is very developed so you’d think things would be maintained, considering how much tax we pay to the government - we get nothing in return, these problems plus things like potholes the size of craters everywhere). It’s the norm here though, so we are prepared with many 5 litre bottles of water and power banks and backup torches for nighttime 😂😢
Taz! You need to WASH the filter and let it air dry! And many vacuums have multiple filters. Please check out your model online and see which parts need to be cleaned. Also, take a big stick or long thing and see if there are things stuck inside the tube - usually its clumps of hair or paper.
I have the exact same hoover and we just bought a new foot for it (instead of the entire hoover) for like £60 and it works good as new, but you definitely have to keep up with cleaning it regularly and making sure you remove the hair from the spinning parts in the foot
I love watching your vlogs. Reminds me that very clever people can find themselves confused by new experiences. Hopefully this makes me have more patience with my kids!
I have a similar Shark vacuum and have the same issues, constantly having to clean it out and no matter how much I clean it I find it's never strong enough to actually pick anything up! I just don't think these cordless vacuums are strong enough, especially on carpet. I'm probably going to invest in a wired one next time, they seem to last much longer.
i used to work in a cinema and the rule is that you can bring your own snacks but it just can't be hot food like mc donalds for example (wedges are fine)
I watched anyone but you out of curiosity, and also of course I love romcoms. but I find the movie very bland? there weren't enough rom or com to me personally. i think that the ending "bloopers" or whatever they called it was funnier than the movie. if they had that to the main parts of the movie it would've been fun
Same I want to see Poor Things because I wanna see if its nominated only because of Emma Stone or if its really good, and also I want to see American Fiction because its supposed to be funny. We'll see!! :) xx
Have u considered taking ur hoover to a repair place? And it wont be to much for them to take it all apart and put it back together, we had one that was fancy and it stopped working and they fixed it for 30 dollars!
Taz, your black and yellow Champion fleece reminds me of Charlie Brown. Maybe you should only wear it when you feel melancholic haha. Now there's a free series idea for you, dressing to match your feelings
If you search up how to open up the hoover, you'll find there are a bunch of components that need cleaning. Its a hassle, but thats the first thing shark tell you to do if you call up (had the exact same problem).
RUclips is great for DIY repair videos. If your vacuum has suction issues, there is probably a clog somewhere, and there is probably a tutorial about clearing clogs in your specific vacuum cleaner. That's how I always fix mine. If it's beyond DIY then that's when vacuum repair shops come in handy. Also, wash your filter in the sink! Rinse it super well, squeeze it out, let it dry. There is probably still a lot of stuff in there that a good wash will get out. And you may have another filter that needs changing or cleaning.
Definitely bake the gnocchi like a potato (gnocchi is pasta from potato) and my worst customer service story was last year the company where i get my telephone/tv/internet from called for a check up and a said something wasn't working well and they send a repair guy over that without my consent gave me a higher price packet. About a 6 months later and my dad having to sort it i still have that hight price packet but had a discount for 6 months. I can't help that i'm single and live at alone and look really gullible. I'm not gullible like he hoped. Sadly he was already leaving the company otherwise he might have gotten fired.
We can't get enough vitamin D from the sun in the UK for six months of the year, even with a dedicated regime of daily walks. A vitamin D supplement is almost essential!
If you cook chicken thighs instead of breast, you can cook the crap out of it to make sure it's done and it won't be dry like breast meat. And it's cheaper.
i feel like oat milk is more transparent than milk which is why it doesnt make the tea that light xD did not know there were flavours of tea 😭i need to get my hands on biscuit flavour tea
With regards to the milk, you brought skimmed oat (hence the dark colour of the tea). I use the whole Oatly milk or Alpro No Sugars milk - uses less milk for the perfect tea colour!
Don't watch Poor things! Unless you really like R rated movies with a weird plot that doesn't make much sense and you love seeing weird nude scenes. Honestly, the trailer is so deceiving! Worst ever decision I've made cinema wise. Still scarred
Is it me or it seem that this footage was taken a year ago?! Was wondering and making sure it was released recently.. but it seems it is she just lived in her apartment but she moved a year ago now 🤨
You are awesome taz always excited to watch your videos love you're wholesome intelligent you are always stunning you are a very intelligent sweet woman
Just FYI Taz, but actually most teas are caffeine free..herbal, fruit and these artificial teas are all naturally decaf☺️ so perfectly fine to drink in the evening, actually probably beneficial😌 only black and green tea have caffeine🍵 but for most people they have a smaller effect than coffee would have☕️
Why are they so many flavours in tea...i don't dunk my biscuits in tea incase it changes the flavour...so I'm not going to like biscuit tea... and although i like toast and jam I'll stick to just that lol not in tea....chai ☕ is best without flavouring it
I’m a barista and we use that type of oat milk for our coffees and stuff… your tea was probably super dark still because you didn’t shake the jug before you poured it 😂 if you do it’s SO much better tasting
Shark give you 5 years guarantee. They’re so efficient just call them and they will replace parts and help you. They’re actually surprisingly good. Just make sure you register it online using the serial number on the vacuum and find the proof of purchase if you know where it is
meat thermometor advice: cook it past the "done point" and make the protein how you like it. I don't like 165 degree chicken but I love 210 degree chicken. I'm not afraid of the germs after many times of cooking chicken and making it how I like it. A little char tastes better across every food. Char on your gas stove or with a kitchen torch. Char adds a little flavor.
Try cleaning the pipe of your hoover too. If there was that much dust in the bottom bit then it’s likely there’s properly something blocking the pipe too 🙈 Turn it upside down and bang it on the floor a few times, shine a light into it to see if you can see anything, you may also need to get a long stick in there to dislodge anything that is stuck 🥲
During the winter months it is not possible to get Vitamin D through the sun in Europe - but even in the summer most people wear cloths and sunscreen so basically nothing of the sun rays manages to come to the part of the skin that it needs to get to to make the Vitamin D. For most people it would be the easiest to just substitute daily Vitamin D. (And it is good to make a test, so you can take higher doses if you have a read need for it.) Vitamin D is best taken together with Magnesium, Calcium and Vitamin K. :)
Cleaning your vacuum with another vacuum is such a Monica thing to do 😂
With shorter hair they also look alike
²😂
😂
this made my day

Did she reply to you with a thank you???
You gotta fry gnocchi, it's 100% better fried than boiled.

Where’s that scarf from?
♥️🇵🇸
This is such a safe space you made taz.

Or the water pumps go down because there's no electricity. Emigrating to Australia in March and counting down the days!
Feel this as a Zimbabwean 😅

Yes you absolutely can take in snacks to the cinema. Not being allowed to take snacks has not been a thing for years x
I have the exact same hoover and we just bought a new foot for it (instead of the entire hoover) for like £60 and it works good as new, but you definitely have to keep up with cleaning it regularly and making sure you remove the hair from the spinning parts in the foot

In the US we aren't allowed to bring in our own snacks into the movies. But we've all sneaked them in
i've the donations link in the description box about Gaza thank you Taz we apperciate it

I got the wired one and omg the amount of stuff it picks up (plus it does carpets and hard floors) and I'd definitely recommend it!
Wired ones are the way to go it seems. I used to use a wireless one where I worked after closing hours and it barely picked up anything 😫
I didnot like Anyone But You movie. I love rom-coms, but this one was very disappointing, didnot understand where the story was going.
I always take my own snacks and no one ever said anything. 😅
Taz you should try some flavoured teas from bird and blend!! They have stuff like chocolate digestives, birthday cake, cherry Bakewell and mocha chai
i used to work in a cinema and the rule is that you can bring your own snacks but it just can't be hot food like mc donalds for example (wedges are fine)
Taz, you have a lot of friends who are helping you by telling you the truth. Good job! Wonderful channel.
in the UK you definitely can bring your own snacks
I watched anyone but you out of curiosity, and also of course I love romcoms. but I find the movie very bland? there weren't enough rom or com to me personally. i think that the ending "bloopers" or whatever they called it was funnier than the movie. if they had that to the main parts of the movie it would've been fun
Tax, you studied law! You've got this assertive thing babes! No-out you :)ne else knows you are insecure b
Get tested Taz, maybe you have iron deficiency too. All things you mentioned are my symptoms so maybe it's the same deficiency
Talking about rom coms have you guys seen One Day (the Netflix show) yet? 🥰
Same I want to see Poor Things because I wanna see if its nominated only because of Emma Stone or if its really good, and also I want to see American Fiction because its supposed to be funny. We'll see!! :) xx
This may be a dumb request, but could you demonstrate/show how you make your tea using the biscuit brew?
Subhanallah ❤ I just done my Dhur and saw you uploaded new video ❤❤❤
Watching Taz hold the knife during the self reflection portion with the garlic had my anxiety so high lol.
I think she was smashing the garlic! And Removing the outer shell! Its a Much easier way to peel garlic cloves! Flat edge of the knife!
really happy with the regular uploads!
In the balkans having no water is completely normal. The water just stops and you just have to live with it 😅
You couldve paired up with someone with water?
I'm not a fan of gnocchi when boiled. However, I quite like them when you lightly fry them
You can open up the whole bottom of the hoover too just unlock the silver clips
Have u considered taking ur hoover to a repair place? And it wont be to much for them to take it all apart and put it back together, we had one that was fancy and it stopped working and they fixed it for 30 dollars!
Try pan frying the gnocchi in some oil or butter (watch it carefully and toss often). Makes crisp little pillows to pair with some sauce
You are totally allowed to take your own food and drink into the cinema, as long as it's not hot food.
Look up the manual for the vacuum! It might have more than one filter, and they might be able to be washed so that it sucks better.
I really wanted to see the cake
Taz, your black and yellow Champion fleece reminds me of Charlie Brown. Maybe you should only wear it when you feel melancholic haha. Now there's a free series idea for you, dressing to match your feelings
If you search up how to open up the hoover, you'll find there are a bunch of components that need cleaning. Its a hassle, but thats the first thing shark tell you to do if you call up (had the exact same problem).
Taz use the oatly barrista one its grey and its better xxx
Taz, you need to do a no added sugar for 30 days challenge. You will feel so much better and energized. I promise

lastly concerning feeling tired - recommend checking your thyroid and iron levels! as you might be deficient in either which makes you super-tired

Omg! I’m 32 and just got a meat thermometer for my Christmas!! 😂 Game changer! I use mine all the time ❤
We can't get enough vitamin D from the sun in the UK for six months of the year, even with a dedicated regime of daily walks. A vitamin D supplement is almost essential!
Taz that bedtime tea is the G.O.A.T tea!!!
You do end up making a good healthy meal. The rice, chicken and veg will always make you feel better than the highly processed minute foods.
I watched poor things yesterday! Very unique movie.. Very interesting & artistic! Highly recommend it.
Sometimes it just gets clogged in the hose. If that isnt the issue paying someone to fix it would be cheaper than a brand new one
I love romcoms and anyone but you was disappointing lol didn’t even finish watching it thankfully I watched it at home so didn’t waste my money
seems like your indirectly advertising alot of brands nowdays Taz
Where is your flowery cardigan from at the start please? 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽x
Also, I clean my cordless Dyson once a week and it is gross but satisfying 😂
I just watched anyone but you yesterday! Hard agree on the chemistry part, it feels a little bit forced and the lines felt a bit wattpady and awkward
Watch poor things! And tell us what you think it’s really good but weird!
Have you cleaned out the tube of the vacuum? Sometimes the main tube gets blocked or clogged and you need to clear it. Also great vlog 🥰
Is it me or it seem that this footage was taken a year ago?! Was wondering and making sure it was released recently.. but it seems it is she just lived in her apartment but she moved a year ago now 🤨
Did you shake the oat milk? If not, the bit that comes out first will be quite watery. Shake before every time you use it.
You are awesome taz always excited to watch your videos love you're wholesome intelligent you are always stunning you are a very intelligent sweet woman
Have you got it on carpet mode? There’s two modes for carpet and hard floor on the switch
Is there a warranty on your item? Maybe just ask for someone else? Or hang up and call again to get someone nicer
You can wash your filter
I hate cordless vacuums every one I’ve tried has rubbish suction
Did she say she never tried gnocchi? Girl. I am glad you did!
I love these vlogs. They’re so simple and so cozy ❤️
toast & jam yorkshire tea is my FAVE
They also have a pigs and blanket tea flavour, I never dare to try it lol
I think you found where the Hoover wasn't working
Thank you for the cozy video, and indeed that Yorkshire tea is superb.
Get a Henry hoover trust me it's literally the best investment ❤️
i agree that movie is not good
you probs should have got more tea bags bc of our shortage 😂😩
yes, you're allowed your own food in a cinema as long as it's not hot food! :)
I've sneaked in take aways lol
You should clean your vaccum after every use 😂❤
cleaning my vacuum is such a work task 😂
Take I just realised you reminded me of the actress who plays Emma in One Day on Netflix.
Just FYI Taz, but actually most teas are caffeine free..herbal, fruit and these artificial teas are all naturally decaf☺️ so perfectly fine to drink in the evening, actually probably beneficial😌 only black and green tea have caffeine🍵 but for most people they have a smaller effect than coffee would have☕️
Random note, I LOVE your scarf. Is it a TFL branded one? I remember seeing something similar on their gift shop
When it happened to me, I had to take the hoover apart, and push a blockage out of the pipe near the suction end :)
I agree with you Taz about ‘Anyone But You’ - it was ok. Not in my top favourite romcoms…and I love a good rom com! 😊
Have you made sure that it isn't clogged by some tissue or paper?
Sometimes such things block the tube and stops it from functioning properly 😁
she has not talk to a human in 8 weeks
Why are they so many flavours in tea...i don't dunk my biscuits in tea incase it changes the flavour...so I'm not going to like biscuit tea... and although i like toast and jam I'll stick to just that lol not in tea....chai ☕ is best without flavouring it

Hi Taz, I really really recommend you to watch Poor Things, it was such a good movie!! Totally worth it.
Taz since you have carpeted floors, maybe you should look for a vacuum with higher suction power
Shark give you 5 years guarantee. They’re so efficient just call them and they will replace parts and help you. They’re actually surprisingly good. Just make sure you register it online using the serial number on the vacuum and find the proof of purchase if you know where it is
