Concerning the alpacas: Was there a sign or something stating that you can feed them? Please do not feed any animals without talking to the owners. even if the food is generally safe for the animal you don't know it's diet/if it has food sensivities. I've seen quite a few of horses getting sick after they've been fed by well-meaning people.
That being said, I'm happy you even think about what would be safe for the alpaca to eat.
I love you've posted this! A lot of my friends have lost horses due to people feeding them and them having laminitis or chushings etc.. luckily my boy wasnt very trusting with new people- he'd rather bite there hand off 😂 but definitely. +1 to this and if any animal is on grass PLEASE do not take grass clippings from your garden for them to eat!! It likely will give them colic and they can die 🥺 xxx
Yes so important, I've even had people feed my rabbits carrots and such which are terrible for them. Idk why people think it's okay to just feed /pet people animals without asking first

I bought your book and I am loving it! As soon as I read the first poem I was shocked at how much I related to it! Like the ending is how I feel about 9-5 jobs and corporate jobs and reading those words gave me a sense of hope and some motivation that made me think I could actually find something that works for me.

I visited London for the first time a few months ago, and watching your videos gives me immediate serotonin. I honestly miss the city, the atmosphere, and everything about it. The only thing I didn’t enjoy were some of the people who were just so beyond rude, but I guess you meet people like that everywhere. I think what I enjoyed most was the fact that everyone is trying to get to places and you just don’t know what their story is. People are so interesting🖤

My hands-down favorite sunscreen is the Biore Watery Essence chemical sunscreen from Japan. It's slightly alcohol-based, but it goes on with the smoothest finish and doesn't sweat off that much requiring more frequent applications. Though it does have alcohol in it, it doesn't seem to irritate me at all.
It's a guarantee that watching Taz will cheer me up

Heyy Taz i suggest trying out like CBD Mints for sleep, depending on the mg (like around 15-20mg) it will help you relax so you can fall asleep faster and stay asleep, not sure about the regulations of CBD within London but I suggest giving it a try for like a week to see how you feel 😌

I highly recommend the COSRX aloe soothing SPF50 sun cream. I've been using it for about a year now and it never makes my skin look or feel greasy/oily and as someone who tends to break out easily when using products it's never caused that to happen

Taz there is a cold/flu virus going around.Its so bad its wiping people out for up to 3 weeks at a time. My adult autistic son had it. Lasted 2 weeks. He felt awful. Hope you get better soon.
SPF suggestion, look at Korean/Japanese brands, the Biore Aqua Watery Essence, spf 50 dries down matte and it loooovely on the skin! Its about a tenner off Amazon. Okay, back to eating my cajun wrap.. ^.^

For sun cream I'll list some I've heard good things about. Kao Biore UV, Kose Suncut UV perfect gel, supergoop unseen sunscreen etc. There are so many online with great reviews so it might be worth looking at what you think will suit your face best.

I‘m not sure if this is available in the UK but I like [Anessa Sunscreen]. It’s a Japanese sunscreen which is popular here in Japan.
It’s waterproof and non oily so it actually lasts a long time and I never have to reapply it. I apply it in the morning and it just lasts the whole day since it’s sweat proof too.

Sunscreen recommendation: Neutrogena Dry touch face and body Sunscreen. It drys down matte and isn't shiny
try miniso sunscreen they are not greecy at all plus they make u look bright too

Hiya you asked about non-greasy sun screen. I use Australian Gold Botanical SPF50 I've never found it greasy, admittedly my skin's on the dry sensitive side but might be worth you taking a look to see if it would suit you :)
Supergoop had a great matte sunscreen. They also have powder SPF.
Supergoop sunscreen is the best!
