Check under the lid on the water bottle, there may be a small rubber stopper near where the straw hooks in. Pulling that out should put more air in the bottle for you. I've had a few bottles with that rubber piece and it makes a huge difference.
Also check that the straw isn't touching the bottom of bottle :)
for your water bottle, try pushing the straw up further or cutting off the bottom a bit. My friend also had that problem with hers
There is a link between ADHD and sleeping later! Some people with ADHD have a delayed sleep pattern, so they don't fall asleep until much later in the evening.

Taz, I highly recommend just buying a water flosser! Does a way better job than string floss and a lot more gentle. It was recommended by my dentist. You can find some good, inexpensive ones on Amazon 😊

Dear Taz, believe me when I tell you that a consistent and 'clean' sleeping pattern really helps, and those 'night-time creative ideas' - they will be there in the day time! I have ADHD and I understand what you mean, when I give my brain even a little bit of play time just before I go to bed, I go crazy and the ideas keep flowing, I want to keep making (I have a craft room, where I make journals and create stuff) and if I don't look at the time or put a timer, I will be creating well into the night. But there is a time and a place. And there will be enough time in the day for you to rest and to write down your ideas (keep an ideas book close to you at all times!!), and enough time in the night for you to rest ( v v important!!!) Good luck and I really do wish you a healthy sleeping pattern, so much mental health stuff and body-function stuff stems from our sleep. It can give so much rest in our mind and body!!!

It’s like a rubber stretchy material so doesn’t break plus washable and has bumps to get the dirt

Buy water flosser. I use waterpulse brand. Sooo soo good! Cleans better than flosser and is so much faster. Worth the spend
8:30 Funny cause i find it the opposite! The "harps" are easier to get to the gums at the back, as opposed to me trying to fit both my hands fingers in my mouth with the floss. Idk if that makes sense but i find them handy basically!
A game changer for me was my Electric Water Flosser when it comes to flossing.....floss is usually a nylon plastic and is terrible for the environment and is can't be recylcled and just get dumped in landfill as its a single use plastic item. you can thank me later

You should try a water pik!! It's a water flosser, it's basically a little water jet! No need to worry about trying to find floss!
