Going along the lines of seeing one another, at home, we rarely see Grace with friends at home either, outside of Honour. Perhaps, as you are good friends but have similar feelings about being away from home right now (and for Grace in general), you could go see her at home as well. You don’t need to film it (that would be a choice the two of you make), but it might be a first “going out of London” trip for you as you know she is a real friend and won’t push you out of your comfort zone.

You have ADHD, so you are sensitive to certain things, such as sugar and caffeine. Sugar and caffeine will make you anxious.
Caffeine makes me so so anxious and jittery and I have had to switch to decaf, but do you think I’m just not that used to it yet as I have only been drinking it for about 3 months and not everyday.

I don’t think it’s only people with ADHD. Anyone that has anxiety in general also. But even for people that don’t have any issues, ADHD and sugar both physically affect your brain and cause many people to get anxiety, heart racing, and jitters. I never really drink coffee and when I tried to get a plain the other day, I felt the affects tremendously. Many people don’t realize how bad drinking a cup of caffeine every day is

(Wouldn’t have to be anything particularly hard, I just think it might be fun to see how you guys go about making stuff…and then of course there’d be all of the fun and laughter that would come among for the ride 😁)

My partner is adhd and I've done a lot of research on it, caffeine and saturated fats are things to stay away from as they block your neuroreceptors from receiving dopamine, which is the happy hormone. With adhd you lack this and everyday tasks do not give you that dopamine release, so you tend not to do them.
I am a big fan, love watching your content and want to send you some recipe ideas that will help you with your meal prep. Will try and find your po box address

Taz, I get a similar cold drink called, a caramel cream Frappuccino, I just say “soya caramel cream with vegan whip cream and extra caramel drizzle”, extra caramel drizzle makes the drink so so much more Delicious 😋! for your Order say your preference of vegan milk followed by Carmel cream with vegan whip cream and drizzle or extra drizzle if you fancy it! x

I think Moon still lives in Cardiff so it's been difficult to get in or out of London because of lockdown unless it's for work.
But technically creating content is work soooo. Rules are lifted now anyway so we need some MOON + TAZ CONTENT
