It's a great idea and I've already added it to my list of topics, but I'm going to busy for awhile with my Third Age series. Once that's done though I'll be sure to get to it :)
@@echidnanatsuki882 Now I want to see a future spinoff series of The Witcher series set in the future some centuries after Geralt's time that's at the cusp of an industrial revolution!

I know it's a long way away, but damn, when the Netflix show reaches its end, I'm gonna be feeling somewhat melancholy, especially with the showrunner saying explicitly that the show will end where the books end (probably Lady of the Lake, though I guess them including the Season of Storms epilogue may be a possibility). Looking back, I think CD Projekt Red provided the perfect ending for Geralt with the Blood and Wine DLC (with whomever romance partner the player chose - Yen or Triss).
@@Ignisan_66 it's honestly not that bad. The first two books are a nightmare to adapt. So the Show had to cut out some of the most interesting stories and downscale the ones they showed for the sake of building a cohesive timeline. Don't know how they're going to play out the messy political battles of the northern wars. Sad that we're seeing the show being completely ripped of nuance and instead forcing a linear narrative tied to modern views for what I'm assuming is for the sake of it being easier to digest for people who are not particularly fans of subtlety lol.
