Sony Vaio Won't turn on Power Led Blinking Issue, Turn on problem- easy FIX

Here's fix for people who can't power up vaio.

I don't know if I have the same problem mine turns on but takes time to see the logo on the screen about 5 minutes or more and it feels like it goes in slow motion I will try this to see if it gets better..used to be really faster mine is an I7 third Generation with 18 GB of RAM-MODEL: SVE151G11L.

Mine only turned on if i took the battery out and put it back in, besides that it didnt want to turn on. Did it just how you said and turned on just fine, thanks for your video💪😎

My Sony Vaio also doesn't turn on. The model is Vaio PCG-61411L when I press Power button the POWER indicator turns on for 1 second then turns off for 3 seconds and continues this cycle WITHOUT any of these: sending video signal to screen any Beep sound, any HDD LED flash, any CPU Fan working. this case is With or Without Battery inserted.

I have same problem my sony vaio won't turn on just few days ago 😢 I've tried this tutorial but it didn't work. anyways decided to changed my CMOS battery with the new one yesterday and finally it working just fine again, my laptop turn on but too bad it didn't last for long only for few hours and it won't turn on again after i shutdown 😭😭😭 and now my laptop can't turn on again. what could that be the problem? My motherboard's battery was with two pin wire, I did the same as you said in the video. It's still blinking. Maybe I should leave it there for sometime? Please help.

If this doesnt help, that means you have probably faulty motherboard. This is the main problem in vaios.

Unplug from power, remove RAM. Plug power and power without RAM, then unplug. Install your memory and plug power back then computer should start.

I don't have a bios battery on my laptop. It is model PCG-61313L.

Thats impossible, maybe you have battery in black tape connected with 2 pin wire. Its glued to the motherboard by tape. You need to only unplug wire.

If hinges are broken there is a lot of stuff to do. First of all you need to take off everything and check ur plastics that is screwed to hinges. Plastics usually broken and this is a very expensive thing. I did that but didn't documment on that laptop on film. Try to search on e bay or something for used one but in great condition. I don't have any photo of ur laptop so this is what I can only tell.
