Tim I’m a 76 year old hillbilly from Arkansas and, I don’t know why because we have nothing in common but I enjoy the hell out of watching your adventures. One thing I do agree on and, that’s truck camping. My wife and, I had a 43’ tri axle pusher with a 450 hp turbo but after 20 years I got tired of it. I’m building my own truck camper and should be done with it this coming late spring. You’re right about Moab, Utah . I’ve ridden a motorcycle all over this country and, I still love that area. I’m not tech savvy enough to donate money to you so, you can pay for your travels. I just wanted you to know how much you make me smile after I remember over a 50 year time traveling our country. I don’t understand why people travel to foreign countries when we have some of the most beautiful places on earth to see in the USA. You’re a hoot to follow and, I’m enjoying all your endeavors on the road. I’ve enjoyed some of the most beautiful sunsets drinking a cocktail or watching the sun rise drinking a cup of fresh pressed coffee. Safe travels Timmy your a Hoot. Ted from Arkansas
I'm on the other side of age spectrum, I'm from Europe and also have nothing in common with Timmy. But I still do enjoy these movies. It's the silence and peace I need after a hectic day. Safe travels and enjoy life Ted!
Tim and followers most people don’t realize the amount of savings to build your own truck camper and, the what I’m building would be in the 75,000 range and, I’m as much qualified to build mine as anybody. I’ve been in the major collision and, storm damage business for most of my life. You need to be a welder, body man, glass installer, painter, plumber, electrician, mechanic,HVAC technician, and many other trades that I’ve forgotten. Timmy has shown to have all of these qualities or, at least capable of acquiring the knowledge to get R done. My build is a noncabover built on a F350 8’ box with the end gate attached. It’s taken me 2 years to get it built and, I’m still not finished with the inside or a little on the outside. List of components are ; 6 thousand AC,wabosto diesel heater,6 gallon electric WH,8 cubic feet compressor 12 volt fridge, microwave, water pump, marine macerater,3,000 pure sine inverter,400Watts solar roof panels,55 gal.water,37 gal.grey,22 gal.black.porcelain high rise stool, shower,Fantastic fan,all Renogy solar equipment, twin bunk beds, totally closed bath room. I’m spoiled after years of traveling in my coach for 20 years. I have taken so long to build my dream truck camper because of not being able to work as quick as I use too but, the best part is to be able to think of every component and, to be able to enclose all of these things within a 92” by 84” by 6’ inside ceiling. My unit is built completely out of solid white oak framing and cedar tone framing and, completely trimmed out in pvc 3/4” . The exterior is covered with a 5/8” composite 4’by 8’ siding and a solid aluminum one piece roof. Every piece of this unit is bonded together with the new polymer adhesive that is available today. Dry weight around 2800 lbs. I get a bang out of watching Timmy and, he has inspired me from May 1st 2023 to get started and build my truck camper. I’m trying to incorporate all of my RV experience into building a show stopper rig just like Timmy has. My family thinks I’ve lost it but here’s my justification: 25.00 a year to add to my truck insurance for 45,000 worth of coverage, no license fee every year,no tires, brakes, bearings and, I can haul my new Polaris Expedition behind me in my enclosed trailer and, travel in it in just about every state in the country. Timmy keep it up man and, if you ever get down to NW Arkansas you’re more than welcome to camp at my place anytime. You’re a hoot to watch and I never get tired of watching your shows. This summer/fall travel series has been out of this world. I literally search Netflix and other streaming services to find suitable entertainment and find nothing that compares to your channel. You're truly awesome and doing such a great service for mankind. Thanks so much. You Rock!!!
In the summer of 1970, my parents, my BFF and I drove across Canada (we lived in Alexandria, VA) to Vancouver Island, took the ferry to Washington and down the coast through California. We took the southern route back to the East Coast, our final destination being Ocracoke Island, NC (our favorite beach). We tent camped the entire way, my mom cooking all our meals on a Coleman stove. It was an epic adventure - swimming in Lake Superior (for a minute) overwhelmed, even as a 13 year old, at the beauty of Banff and Lake Louise, hanging out with the surfers at San Onofre, seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time. So many incredible memories; Canada and US in 1970 were very different than today! Anyway, love watching your travels and adventures, makes me remember my own😊. Happy Thanksgiving and safe travels!
I'm so grateful you take us along on your journeys. I'm one of those people who's stuck at home now since my car was stolen and totalled. That car was like a best friend to me - we went everywhere together. Now I go nowhere but at least there are people like you that make my life happier with your travels. Thank you Timmy, with all my heart. ❤
Happy Birthday Timmy from Toronto Ontario Canada! Thanks man for taking us along with you on your travels dude! Safe travels & wishing you many many many more happy years of travelling to come! You're living life large man & it couldn't have happened to a nicer guy, stay safe as always cheers! Daphne, Angela & Susan Suarez!
Yes, I been watching your adventures since I was Tboned by a F150 while crossing an intersection on my mini moto June 2nd, 2023. I was extremely moved when you mentioned that you do what you do for those of us who can't. As I comment from my hospital bed, after yet another surgery, I couldn't keep the tears of gratitude away and my heart filled with joy! Thank you so much for what you do for us!
Another great one Tim. That car at 33:33 was a 2020 Ford GT in the Gulf Livery. They’re Ford’s super car. They have a 600 hp turbo v6 ecoboost engine, and are worth about $1.3 million.
Was about to comment that until I saw your comment. My jaw dropped, that’s such a incredible rare vehicle and even with the box on the roof😂 Also happy birthday Timmy!
I'm surprised that truck is still going for ya you have had it for a long time and hope you have it for many more years hope she never dies its such a nice truck. Keep up the great work and happy birthday.
I was like you Tim, loved cycling, camping in my hammock, driving, and just exploring the outdoors / mountains in general. Then i came down with a chronic illness in 2021 that has kept me stuck in my house ever since. I really appreciate you recognizing people dealing with health issues. for those of us stuck at home, it really makes a difference, being able to "come along" on your adventures. it really helps mental health to have uplifting and beautiful videos of the outdoors & activities to watch to pass the time, to take the mind off of pain & loss. never take your health for granted, protect your health because without health it's difficult to enjoy anything in life, no matter how well off you are! so thanks again, keep living the adventure! i hope some day i will be able to get back out there and meet you, you've definitely been a big inspiration! im hoping to convert a toyota sienna into a camper van to travel & camp in.
Your exterior door handle is upside down. It should have come with a push pin thingy to remove the inside handle. Then, you'll need to use your key for the outside handle along with the push pin. The wave should go up, not down. Swap your inside/outside handles and it makes a world of difference! It's hard to explain, but when you do it, you'll see what a huge difference it makes! It's the small things in life 😂😂
All the work you put in, surviving in the snow (ive done it when younger its is so difficult and dangerous), it must be gratifying to have subscribers say hello
There is a rest area just off that bridge, it is beautiful. It's down into the bayou, there is a little restaurant with the best Cajun food just a mile down the road. That was my favorite stop to sleep. So peaceful. Love that drive.
My parents had a 36 foot 5th wheel and only took one big trip with it. They used it for shows my mom made jewelry, so all they ended up doing these shows all over WA. Dad has dimentia now so those days are over. Sad
OMG, riding the bike with you on the Captain Ahab trail just about did me in! I had my nose pressed to the screen, and it was terrifying to see where you were and what you were riding on. Where was the trail? I didn't see any trail, and at 67 years old, this was an adventure that in real life, I would be so broken and done in the first 20 feet, and that's being generous with myself. LOL LOVED IT! Love it all. Stay safe and keep it coming. Cheers and thanks from Nova Scotia.

Some Stores like Walmart used to let Campers park over night. I worked across the road from a Walmart for 25 year. I would have lots of big Motorhomes camping there. When near bye Campgrounds would be full. That was ended because a few campers ruined it! Leaving their trash in their parking lot.
Watched your channel off and on for several years. Met ya in Moab your first round through at the car wash while I was in my truck camper. You were pretty chill but you seem even more chill these days, like you’ve really found your groove. Many blessing to you my man. Cliff
That’s wild I’m from 25 miles north of NOLA and he said “there’s the ocean” 😭🤣🤣 buddy that’s a huge ass lake that’s 8ft deep at most. The gulf is still 200 miles from the twin spans bridge. Glad you had safe travels🙏
Have you ever been to "South of the Border" at the North/South Carolina State line? Talk about billboards! There's billboards for 100 of miles for the mystical "South of the Border." It's a great place to buy fireworks, get some greasy chicken or even greasier cheese burgers. We used to stop there when I was a kid with my brothers driving from New York to Miami with my parents smoking Marlboros in the car- Great video today! If anyone else remembers "South of the Border" please leave a comment. Thanks Timmy! Aloha! from Hawaii!!
Happy birthday to you friend!! I appreciate your effort you always put forth to keep us entertained. I find myself living vicariously thru your road trips, which I must say are truly awesome!!!! Seems everywhere you go you have some pretty ( and some beautiful lol ) friends. P.s. Thanks for opening up and introducing your family to us. It was cool to see where you grew up and I must say that your father's, mother's and sisters homes are all beautiful. Very nice!!!! Cheers
Those bikes are amazing!! I used to love to ride before the days of mountain bik. I felt my bikes fall apart all along that rail 😂 !! I’d of loved to have one of these and hit trails like these back in the day!! How lucky y’all are now to be able too AWESOME!! Thank TOU so much for sharing. What a vicarious Adrenalin rush! What FUN. BRW~ I knew that entire southern road-trip route in the vid!! 👍💕💕
Happy Birthday and Happy Thanksgiving. I've been tuned in to your adventures for about 4 yrs. Glad to see you and your truck back on the road. Looking good. Be safe, be well, be happy. From Oregon. ❤😊
Thanks for shring your adventures. I often reminisce...that there is a long way to go, and a short time to get there...when enjoying your travels. Keep shining Timmy.
Happy belated birthday! 🍾🥂🎂🍰 This young woman is so cheerful. A pleasure to watch! The Moab desert must be so much fun, but this trail looks incredibly challenging with all those rocks. I'd be scared of flipping over the bike, especially since you're not wearing any knee or elbow protection. Thanks for sharing.
Entering a post-turkey meal food coma and remembered your latest homeward bound video was posting today. Happy to see you're partnering up for the trip, always better with company. Her trailer is an Airstream Basecamp model. I'm looking at buying one maybe next year to travel the Rockies using my West Denver home as my base point. Glad to see her car can manage it, so my truck shouldn't have any problem. Yikes, 90's!! We're into winter here in CO already, you barely missed it!
I loved your sound effects on the bike trail! I would have been frozen on the cliff side of some of that trail. Lots of guts. Walking that trail would have been exhilarating...but not on a bike. I love your content. Keep it up Timmy. I'm looking forward to some new snow content. Be well, be safe, be happy. ❤😊
We used to park the Tour Buses in the New Orleans RV park. Cool place. They don't let us park there anymore. The bands are just too loud and party past quiet hour.
Hey if you're ever near a flying j truckstop they usually have wifi out in the parking lot. And if they have a Dennys restaurant they too have wifi. The pilots have wifi outside most of the time also. Most everyone has paid wifi for the good stuff. And if you're in canada, the petro-canada fuel stops have wifi in them. I used to have to print paperwork off when i was in canada and i used to go there so i could download it. But you can go to McDonald's and use their wifi also. Just some food for thought when you need some internet.
I would say that buccees is overrated BUT I left boots there accidentally and went back days later and they held them. Also they have hot food that won’t send you to the bathroom

Enjoyed this leg of your trip. The bike trails at the end were great fun from this vantage point too....
You're awesome man. Such a sweet journey. Your content is well narrated, honest, entertaining, and full of knowledge and inspiration. Thanks Timmy!
Great video! Excellent Awesome friend you have. you are the man, Timmy. Happy birthday and happy thanksgiving .
Happy Birthday Tim, Tom from Switzerland
We went to New Orleans for Christmas 2 years ago it was my favorite place, I hope we get to go back!!
I remember South of the Border! We used to drive from PA to Myrtle Beach and we would always see billboards for South of the Border!!😎🤙
I live about a ten minute drive from South of the Border in a small town, Fairmont,NC🤭
Great video Tim. You didn't show it, but I really hope you had the opportunity to make a left turn in Albuquerque! 👍
Happy Birthday Tim!
Love the channel, keep up the awesome work!
Have a safe journey home to Alaska!
From Juneau Alaska here.
Thank you so much for the videos. Home bound, so, you're my eyes.
My hometown is Farmington NM, but currently live in Dallas. Enjoy your videos and really enjoyed this trek!
Thank you!
I love your cemetery view at the New Orleans RV park.
Cheers
HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
Happy birthday man! Always look forward to these videos thank you!

I lived in TX for a couple years and my first visit to Bucees blew me away
Happy Birthday and Happy Thanksgiving. I've been tuned in to your adventures for about 4 yrs. Glad to see you and your truck back on the road. Looking good. Be safe, be well, be happy. From Oregon. ❤😊
Thanks for shring your adventures. I often reminisce...that there is a long way to go, and a short time to get there...when enjoying your travels. Keep shining Timmy.
Beautiful new Orleans it was 8 years ago I do have good memories
Happy belated birthday! 🍾🥂🎂🍰
This young woman is so cheerful. A pleasure to watch!
The Moab desert must be so much fun, but this trail looks incredibly challenging with all those rocks. I'd be scared of flipping over the bike, especially since you're not wearing any knee or elbow protection. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks! Yup she's fun for sure! and Moab is awesome:)
Nice vid. Cool you went through Wichita Falls. I was stationed there 25 yrs ago. Safe travels.
Wow no way! i used to watch her on twitch like 7 years ago! aint no way you guys just do a video together! thats amazing!
Who is she?

snow content is definitely coming soon, hang in there haha!
Wichita Falls..glad you stopped thru my hometown
2 degrees in Anchorage this am , happy birthday enjoy the warm weather while you can
Happy birthday Timmy 🎉 I watch you all the time! Thanks for the entertainment! Safe travels!!!
Dude, Wichita Falls is my hometown! I can't believe you drove thru there!
So cool you get people clear down in Louisiana waving at you !! 😮. I'm in MT😊
We used to park the Tour Buses in the New Orleans RV park. Cool place. They don't let us park there anymore. The bands are just too loud and party past quiet hour.
Hi everyone. Happy Thanksgiving for those who celebrate. We should all be thankful every day.😊😊😊❤
Happy Thursday Turkey 🦃
Happy Thanksgiving!
Good sir, the best chili dog is a Detroit-style Coney made with a Koegel vienna hotdog! 😍😂
Forrest Wilson's 1931 and that album cover are wonderful; the best of times, the worst of times. I love history.
Just a casual million dollar Ford GT with a roof box. Awesome.
That was crazy…
Happy belated birthday Timmy! Keep your videos coming safe travels 🙏
I would say that buccees is overrated BUT I left boots there accidentally and went back days later and they held them. Also they have hot food that won’t send you to the bathroom
