The added weight feels incredible on my body - not just enjoying the challenge but the weights added pressure is almost like a massage on the body - feels so so good! 🤩 I’d highly recommend weights to anyone looking to take their Practice to the next level and have some fun - it’s been a Game Changer for me ⭐️

Loved this workout! Was sweating and can confirm that the obliques are sore next day from the alternating oblique dips. I kept saying to myself "she's a savage" in the most lovely possible way
I loved this workout. I really feel strong everytime I finish your video. I love yoga and I wanted to build more strength and work my muscles even more hence I bought dumbles. I've been searching for the right workout that includes dumbbells and yoga. Your channel is perfect. Thanks. I would like more video that includes only dumbbells and if possible please make videos that includes both dumbbells and resistance band.
Loved this intense well rounded class…these were my “meditations” Thanks for filming and working out in the cold for us! Loved the vinyasas to not only link each sequence but to also to give us a chance to focus on our breath. The lunge sequence was killer- got me to 154 bpm! I appreciate the mid workout stretch it’s a mini treat and I realized in cow face pose how sweaty my back was 😆 I have too much FOMO to stop halfway with all these 30/60 classes... The oblique work- this is exactly why I love the use of weights…I can’t wait to feel that tomorrow! Outer hip work=💀 Yay for thorough deep stretches at the end of a challenging class! Simply put- awesome class that got me sweaty and out of my head and into the work! Stay warm!! 🥶❄️ can’t wait for the next class!
loved it. i usually just do your workouts without weights if i don't want that kind of workout that day, problem solved! this time though i pushed myself and did the reps with 3lbs and my body is already feeling stronger. ask me tomorrow though.... i'm sure i'll be feeling it! haha

One slight request from me is you talk less as we wind down the class as i’d rather want to reflect on the beautiful class you kindly shared and integrate all the move rather than constantly bombarded with…. I hope you keep the good work!
