I’ve been doing Denise’s Hit the Spot dvd since 2006 and will always come back to it as my favorite workout. I do this video as a warmup followed by one or two other workouts of her hit the spot workouts. I’m turning 50 this year and thanks to Denise I have abs of steel!!
When I was in high school I was at risk for diabetes. I was 5'3 and 145lbs. One day I said enough was enough. I did this video and her abs & back level 1 every morning at 6am. I started watching what I ate and I lost weight. Now I am 5'6 140lbs and 25% body fat. 20 minute abs everyday won't hurt anyone it will only make you stronger!

i am just watching this for now this is interesting. i have Crohn's Disease and i am just recovering from a real bad flare up. i am on Remacade Infusion treatments to help either get rid of my Crohn's or put it in Remission. exercise might be out for now so when i get back into exercising i have to have moderate to low impact exercises. this one looks like it will do good for some Pilates but i am going to need more exercises. can you tell me which DVD of Denise Austin's this is from please?

One mcdonalds cheese burger is 300 calories. One Banana is 104 calories. It isnt easy, there is no easy way... It takes hard work and self discipline. I wouldnt have posted this but these adds just bug me...
