Gary Glitter destroy himself! He's locked up now! Dude's a kiddie diddler caught with a LOT of evidence. I'm only 60 but the music was a fantastic part of our growing up.
I like this stripped-down version of the band! They also incorporate other bands from the Glam era onto their music as well. This is what people should remember about this era...the music!
GLITTER BAND WAS GREAT with Gerry- John- Harvey - John -Tony - Pete even when John Rossall left the band it was still the Glittering GLITTER BAND ! Back in the 70ies the crowd was screaming all the gig !!! Tanx it was so much fun with Gary and HELLO and so Marc Bolan and so brian Connolly and so Alvin Stardust and so Bowie and Roxy and Essex plus Cassidy WELL I DO MISS THE 70IES SO MUCH ! H E Y !
What a weird thing to say, especially as Gerry Shephard wrote ‘The Tears I Cried’ and ‘Goodbye My Love’ and co-wrote the rest of the Glitter Band songs.
Yes, some things are best left in the past. Brian Connolly of The Sweet, tried to make a comeback, with the same 1970s haircut, he was mercilessly ridiculed. Fans want whatever it takes, to see their idols, recapture youth, hear the hits. Reworking is the worst, trying to stay current and becoming less so. Basically he was trying too hard, with limited reinvention.
ROKU. MAM 65LAT

Where was John
Pentru nepoata mea evelina
Why do I keep seeing Kim Fowley on guitar right?
Not the same without John’s deep bass playing I’m afraid.
agree 100 per cent 👍
Welches Jahr ist hier? Harry Scheppard ist gestorben. Und er ist hier mit den ganz anderen Teilnehmern.
im not 100% sure of the year of this gig. but i will try find out for you mate... :-)
Thank you! I would be very grateful. Their long time was not in Germany. Super guys at all times!
26. Mai 1990 in Bad Segeberg

i want that jacket
I wonder if he ever did learn the words to the songs.
You talk like that about a legend like Gerry? Stupid! All bands are the same sometimes and forget a few words!
What a weird thing to say, especially as Gerry Shephard wrote ‘The Tears I Cried’ and ‘Goodbye My Love’ and co-wrote the rest of the Glitter Band songs.
@@rogerauclair1670 Nothing bad about people who passed away, but you can t compare this with the first line up glitterband from the 70 's.
Gary looking like Uzu from Kill La Kill with that jacket.
That’s no Gary
Yeah, "pretty GOOD" considering it's not even the same person, Jeeeez !
23:37 minutes = FULL CONCERT ?????????????????????????
Gute Band aber live ein FLOP, sehr schlechter Gesang.
Out of tune singing.
Just seen this, I've got all the vinyl records, seen the original line up,in UK, but this is not the Glitter Band, it's not bad but not good
It's Gerry and Pete... what more do you need?
Springate at least, Ellison if you wanna be picky lol
At least Gerry is there and that's what really counts for me. 😊💖💕
@@KarenG.-qs7wc he was the glitter band fit as fuk
@@KarenG.-qs7wc Gerry was so talented, really very underrated.
As a hardcore Glitter fan at 11, 12 I must say this is just terrible!
No it's not
