    Amazing video Gabriella, tomorrow is my last day in Lake Tahoe and this video convinced me to spend it in Lester Beach. My plan is to get there at 10am, do you think that's too late to find a good parking spot? Or do you think I should go earlier? By the way I'm in the north side of Lake Tahoe, do you know of a nice place that you would recommend to watch the sunrise?

    • @GabriellaViola
      @GabriellaViola  2 года назад +1

      10am should be fine …if parking is full you can always park on the road and hike down …it is an extra two miles but it’s a good workout (at least that’s what I tell myself )😎😎……there are a couple of piers that open to the public which are great spots to catch the sunrise …or there eagle rock ..which is a very short hike overlooking the northwest shore

    Whats the water temperature in the lake? We'll be there in about 2 weeks. I've never been in that area or any area like that before. Water temp here is usually 85-90 degrees (south Louisiana)

      Ha it’s much colder ...I don’t know the exact temp but probably in the high 60s ...I always stick to the shoreline and coves when swimming ...it’s nice on a hot day!

      @@GabriellaViola Russell, Gabriella is right, the average surface temperature of Lake Tahoe in the summer is 63 degrees. If you dive down just 18 inches it can drop to 53 cold degrees, so I would suggest that you swim at the surface. Brrrrrrr but invigorating !

      Hi Christian, I don't know much about the camping situation because I have never camped in Tahoe....also there might be issues with campfires, I am not sure if they are allowing them in Tahoe due to the drought. I do have to say that the campsites at DL Bliss look amazing in terms of the location. If I was going to camp in Tahoe, that is where I would want to do it!

    Sorry to say I apologize and I hope you except my apologies or don't but I'm glad they're taking out the Kmart because South lake Tahoe is not a shopping place to go shopping is skiing boating and that kind of stuff there shouldn't be a big shop store up in here makes no sense it just brings more traffic and more more English and more it needs to stop it needs to be a lazy little town like it was not this shopping hub go to Jackson California or go to Carson if you want to go do major shopping.
