Great conversation about anxiety. Getting to the root cause of anxiety is important. For some people they need to redirect their energy and limit social media, for others there is a history of abuse. Get to the cause and get help.
Also they have no clue what social anxiety is. This conversation was terrible

hell yeah, when i first had it i didnt know anyone who had it and had to go through it alone. now im glad its much more common and more talked about, that way more people can get help.
what save me from it was humour and keeping myself busy. glad to see them talk about it
Absoulety, I had it so bad a year ago, like parks thinking it was a heart attack. Just distressing is the best way and working out helped me big time relieved most of my stress in 20 minutes tops.
I've been wanting to try xanax for my anxiety just to see if it helps with me.

I have extreme social anxiety that has kept me from doing so many thing that I want to do in life. It’s kept me from going to the school I want to, I don’t ever go out to parties, I don’t ever meet new people I just stay home. It is such a debilitating disease people don’t even understand, it has made my life hell. I really appreciate you guys being vulnerable and being honest about how you also experience social anxiety to some degree. It is such a serious thing not enough people understand
