    Just starting Pilates on doctor's recommendation after some imbalance-related injuries... have been following this video several times a week. It's amazing how each time I leave the mat feeling taller and lighter- thank you! Look forward to expanding my practice with your guidance as my strength and skills grow.

    Noelle, you are an angel sent from heaven above! Wow! I just finished this video for the first time and I feel AMAZING! After a surgery 4 years ago, many of my muscles atrophied and I've been going to physical therapy for a year and a half to work on neuromuscular reeducation. When I found pilates a month ago my life changed! I feel like I am finally building up strength in a safe and gentle way and it really is addicting! I started with 10 minutes once a week and now I'm almost up to every day! Thank you for starting this channel and making this healing work accessible and available to all! Blessings

      This is amazing! I love that this felt so good for you! I'm so sorry to hear of your surgery and difficulties but it sounds like you've done some very hard and incredible work to regain muscle and rebuild your body strong. You're working at it so wisely by taking it in small steps and the results are just going to keep pouring in for you. Here's to your journey!

    loved loved loved this! I started going to a studio recently but also wanted to keep up my online pilates at home as I also have a membership with Jessica Valant. I really like learning from all different teachers so that I can practice with clearer understanding and your video has helped me understand some things I wasn't so sure of. Thank you so much!

    I am new to classical Pilates and found this very helpful. I am struggling with some arm and neck soreness and found this 20 minute routine very doable. Surprisingly it helped my arm and neck (I have no idea how). That was an unexpected bonus. Thank you.

    Please add more stretching positions to avoid injuries for people who are just starting to exercise.
