Thanks Abel and Jason for another great video. I so enjoy seeing your garden. Almost spring here (I'm in NSW, Australia) and time to get ready for our spring and summer sowing so your videos are very inspiring. So nice to see your little one helping in the garden. My kids always loved helping out too.

Thank you Tracy, means a lot to know it’s inspiring you!
Abel’s little one did do well, I wonder if we can get him involved every month 🤔😁
Do you have any questions you’d like me to ask Abel?

You all are amazing! It made my day to see my question answered. Thank you for all that you do. Good luck through the rest of the growing season and hope you can get some well-deserved rest.

Our pleasure Micheal, hope Abel’s answer helps!!
I had a look through your artwork using foraged/ ‘found’ natural materials…. So beautiful!
I really loved how you gave a modern, sleek feel to the final artwork, evolving from the original material.
It’s an area I’m interested in exploring myself, using varied natural materials in craft projects (basketry mostly).
Do you have any tips or advice for someone starting out?

So much change in the course of a month. Looks like quite a lot to harvest! I look forward to hearing more about both preserving and the process of developing CSAs. Thanks for taking the time to create all of this great content. I know it’s not the most financially profitable but they provide so much great information and we love getting them!

Love these videos, we’re looking to move to west/mid wales and start a similar operation to yourselves so it’s very inspiring to see what you can do!

Glasbren are such an inspiration aren’t they!!
For me one of the most inspiring things was the scale in which they have produced so much, because many farmers would see 2.5 acres as waste land that you can’t make money from, let alone a living!!
When me and Alicia first moved here and we’re looking for land a farmer told us that there was no way we could make any money unless we had a minimum of 15 acres 😁🤦‍♂️🤔

@@agreatalternative that's hilarious. I suppose if you're only growing subsidised monocrops that's probably true! Personally I'm looking forward to the challenge of intensively farming and making a living off that sort of land size. Will also be juggling full time job at the start which might be a bad idea 😂

@@PhilipNelson1991 Yea exactly they were thinking off of only having cattle or monoculture crops.
We are trying to grow it by juggling like 7 different jobs at a time, that’s the best way to do it right!? 😁

thank you for making these beautiful and interesting videos. Have ever had issues with cross-pollination (in and out the polytunnel), considering you grow so many different crops together?

      Thank you Kate!
I’ll make sure this questions gets asked to Abel in next months video!
