Incredible work
My brother bought C1 when it came out, and I used to watch him play alot of it back then. I collect videogames and have bought 2 copies of this game to keep as I love it so much and have played a little bit to try it out and to keep practicing japanese, but an english patch would be the cherry on top. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to do this. We are all in your debt hehehe. Ganbatte kudasai!

you can use the TXR3 data to match some of the rivals in this game, since, if not mistaken, they're a 1:1 copy of the Japanese translation
There'll be an inconsistency with the translation style, but atleast it'll save you time! Cheers.

it can help with context but in general Crave messed up translating all of the games so bad its better to just start from scratch
but first lets worry about expanding the hardcoded text limit in the game :D

no gameplay related bugs that im aware of, only slightly visual ones with few replaced textures
