- Better late than never, eh? Since I was abroad I missed Ed's initial release, and then I had no motivation when I got back to make a video. I finally managed to find some stuff I felt was worth uploading though, so here you go!

That was great, loved that late EX splash hit to fully charged v-skill and the stun combo.
Thanks, I just KNEW you'd be able to juggle it from EX Splash like that somehow, so I kept pushing and finally found something that works.

Thanks, but I saw Venom44 do it back in the beta, I just took it one step further and went for a 4th aegis trade to get the stun, so I can't take full credit for it.

Got a few things to say here:
1. That was awesome! Loved the combos where you use Psycho Spark to launch Zangief into V-Trigger, so clever!
2. Nice detail with Bison's face over Ed at 1.38.
3. How did you cancel Cr. MK into Psycho Flicker? I don't think I can mash the button fast enough so I was wondering if there was some method to it.

Thanks! I used turbo for this video, but c. MK xx flicker is doable by simply mashing really quickly. You can tap LP+MK and then mash MP or HP and it should come out just fine. Or if you're linking into it you can press LP a few times before the MK to make it easier. The tricky one was to link flicker after f. MP, you only have like 15 frames to do the flicker, press too early and you do the psycho shot follow-up to f. MP, too late and you whiff an air normal first.
As for Bison's face, it actually shows up every time he sings "let go", it fades in more and more every time though ;)

Why did you have gief spam his St. Mk at 0:37? Is it for spacing or timing reasons?

I use a lot of Flickers in this video, not really the best thing for damage optimization.

Yeah, it deals like 60 damage total IIRC.
Sweet combos. Too bad all the Eds I face online rely mainly on Normal Throws to win. It gets dull.
Since he has no overhead he really can't do much else if the opponent plays passively and just keeps blocking. Happened to me in the beta once, since he refused to push buttons I had to just throw him over and over again, wasn't fun for anyone involved >.
Yeah Ed has the easiest hit confirms in the game so I can only imagine why the opponent would stay blocking. Doing the flicker is the only hard thing.
If I can grab them 6 times in a row they need to do something else though.
Generic hip-hop putting everyone to sleep, but aside from that, these combos are certified fresh.
Thanks. Personally I think the Mad World and Anarchy Reigns soundtracks are great, and I usually dislike hiphop otherwise. In any case I couldn't ignore using this song for Ed since the lyrics feel pretty relevant to his story situation.
