I felt R.Mika and Guile have already been explored quite thoroughly, and since they're not characters I particularily like to work with, I doubt I could find something worth-while. As for Alex, I still haven't been able to rebuy him after the free period XD I'll have him in a few weeks though, if I DO find something super-awesome with him (Which I doubt since his changes are very basic) I'll upload that seperately.
Doopliss true 1 frames do exist though, such as Chun st HK cc -> Walk -> st hp vt cr hp xx light legs -> cr Lp -> cr mk xx sbk. The timing for the st hp is 1 frame
Kukzzzz Yeah, pretty sure that Rashid s.HPx2 is 1f thanks to walking, Had a nasty combo in my Urien video that required frame-perfect walking after a jump-in as well that took me like 5h to record. You can find yourself in 1f scenarios when juggling as well, pretty much any "Act after 1st possible frame"-scenario.

Sadly we don't have the people to arrange another Örebrawl anymore, and I don't really play SFV outside of combo videos, so the only events I visit are small single day things that are nearby, mainly for Smash 4 and USFIV.
Btw, you can't fish for combos, or at least i don't think so. This is practice mode after all, so don't get your hopes up that it will come out all the time in the heat of battle. Totally different.
Balrog's combo require a final TAP that takes 40 seconds to charge, Necalli hits like a truck and that combo is pretty much damage optimized since he doesn't have much that isn't :P Ibuki's combo is far from damage optimized though, so it does relatively little.
jherrenor Generally combos that optimize for hits in SFIV and SFV do low damage since it'll scale hard very quickly. In one of my SFIV videos I have a 53 hit combo ending in ultra that deals about 20%. ruclips.net/video/HIR89LO1Ke4/видео.html
Bruh how were u able to get M.Bison to throw the purple fireball mid-combo? Is that new for season 2? I was unaware! Or has it always been a part of his V-trigger? Im confused...lol

The Urien combo unfortunately isn't practical at all, since his two shields combined destroy his dmg scaling and it's got to be done in corner, but it still looks sexy nonetheless. Thx for sharing.
Honestly the Aegis part is just filler to make it a nice full-length combo, it's the initial link and c.HP the juggle that are the focus since they're new. Thanks!
Both have a special lightning state, Zinogre is the most SF-y of all monster with weird monster versions of hadokens, Shoryukens and divekicks. It even has frame traps on wake-up.
The best SFV will have to offer, and its the worse combo system ever. The only character that mattered in this game is the one you can't play but fight, shadow chun li.

They changed his V-Skill so that parrying a move stores the fireball for later use.

It might be 2f (If it was possible prepatch it's a 2f or more, if not it's 1f), but it's a microwalk and it's quite hard, yes.
