Like Mother, Like daughter. I LOVED that you let your daughter do the icing without grabbing the spoon away from her. She showed that she has a good eye for proportions and is a very capable little assistant!
I totally agree! It's almost impossible to improve your initial cinnamon roll recipe. It's sooo spot on! When I go back to visit my parents...the one thing my siblings beg me to make is your cinnamon rolls.

I was in tears by the end. I know that people want to see your daughter more, but that's not always practical. But how you blended your test kitchen from the actual was priceless. Maybe this is the way for future videos.
Bravo! When I was your daughters age, my Dad took me shopping for the vegetables to make a 28 quart stock pot of slow 12 hour simmering soup. It was an all day Saturday adventure at the market to learn how to choose the freshest produce, then how to cut them up and which vegetables went into the pot first to cook, so everything would be tinder at the same time. When the soup was done we tasted it, then set aside enough for Sunday's dinner and packed up the rest into freezer containers for later. The Magic to me was that the soup tasted much better when heated up the next day! I felt pride when later on a cold winter day, when we served 'Our Homemade Soup'.

I just feel like we have cooked together! I’m no trained chef but I do love cooking and baking. My cinnamon rolls are always a huge success, and I cook and bake by instinct, and for some reason, I do what you did here. Even mentioning the pumpkin spice, I always mix cinnamon, pumpkin spice, brown sugar and dash of cardamom to enhance the spices. Simply love watching you in the kitchen and your little girl is a cutie! Stay safe!

I made this last night and I had a great reaction from my family. They loved it! Made a few adjustments on the recipe and made my own cream cheese glaze but the bread is really good. I tried a couple of recipes but this is by far the best! I love working with this dough. This will be my go-to cinnamon rolls recipe! Thank you!
did you use all 6 cups of flours or 5 1/2 cups of flours? I used all 6 cups but it came out dry

Very easy recipie Laura! I have one overnigth dough for cinnamon rolls from one Greek Chef and they don't neet a mixer! You make them with wooden spoon! They put oil and butter! The live them to proof in the fridge! The next day you make the cinnamon rolls! You can frize them and wen you neet them to bake them is very nice! I try to mske your recipie! I love the cinnamon your! I love your accent! Have a nice day! 👍👏🍴
