With raw materials becoming less required Australia will be forced to look at processing them itself instead of exporting them raw. By 2030 there will be 1.3 million manufacturing workers in Australia. A jump of over 20 percent in 5 years. This will continue to increase. So again I will not say never as anything is possible in a change world.
