Seat position and angle is very very important. MM make a huge difference. If you don't feel the pressure on your sit bones on your butt your in the wrong place...this could also put pressure on your hands etc..

    Hi Richard
I spent a lot of time getting my seat position on my Vitus correct and have done exactly the same as you by raising the front this keeps my backside planted,my longest ride so far is 15 miles with no aches I also find I can get a real hard pushdown on the pedals after a stop and get some real good acceleration away
    Hope your health is ok
I'm getting a call later today regarding my health problems so I know what's happening
    Stay safe
Told you I'm not keen on the oil slick parts I'm keeping my Vitus just red and black 👍

Hi Mike Nice to hear from you. Yes it helped as soon as I adjusted it . I slated that seat but now it feels ok . Was at hospital today bud . Not great at news I got sent home from work last week as struggling to put weight on it . The outcome today is I have to get the metal out of my knee and 6 weeks after if it is still no good then its a new knee . So not great bud . I hope you get better news than me bud . And yes I am changing my mind about oil slick as well . Let me know how your news goes today bud
