    What I really liked about this was that it wasn’t like over the top as far as prep. A lot of this “easy” and affordable videos still have so much prep or a ton of ingredients or just expensive ingredients. This looks completely doable and quick. Great video!

      try checking out local markets, as well as international stores! For instance I get most of my produce and almond milk/creamer from H Mart because its wayyyyyyyy cheaper!!!

      Thing is, it's actually cheaper to eat healthy. You will find you're satisfied sooner with healthy food so portions are smaller. Also, think of all the money you save by being and not getting sick.

      @@micahhdti I still do quite often, but I use quick oats now and protein powder. Maybe try using a little fewer oats or more milk so they bake softer.

    From where i live, most of these ingredients are pretty expensive but these are amazing recipes ! i’ve lived in australia for a while and their prices there are so cheap. Thank you so much for these !

      Yes! I’ve learned that some people will put certain foods in the freezer (what’s applicable) and instead of heading to go McDonald’s or whatever they’ll just grab the meal from the freezer

    Your costings are not quite right, but the principles of this are wonderful and thanks for posting it. I've lost two stone doing portion control and an intermittent fasting routine, but want to change what I do, so have been spending hours looking for something new to do and I am going to try our your programs, although I have horrendous knees (can't do running, hopping, skipping, jumping or twisting - it's agony for me). You are the FIRST and ONLY person online who has shown ALL the exercises in low-impact versions, so I now feel liberated to try the workouts too. Thanks so much for this. All my best.

    Wooww that looks so good! I am cutting some ingredients in the salad to make it even cheaper. But the chicken is soooo good. I can't wait to try it! For breakfast i always eat oatmeal with (almond) milk whey powder, cinnamon and frozen blueberries and raspberrys, that's cheap aswell! :)

    The chicken and rice recipe was super good! Just made it, with chicken breast and canned Italian diced tomatoes. Really easy and satisfying.

    I tried the lunch salad. I didn't have all the ingredients and I added some Cajun seasoning to it, and it was awseome. You don't have to have the exact vegetables and it still works

    So I tried the breakfast bars with almond butter (I’m not too much of a Fan of PB), oats milk and agave as the sweetener and OMG!!!!! You are amazing. These are soooo delish!!!!!!

    Made that chicken today. I'm not on a budget so I tweaked the recipe. Added shallots. Used yellow onion, smoked paprika, n 4 chopped fresh vine-ripe tomatoes instead. Splash of chicken broth, splash of dry white wine, partially covered after browning. Served with pearled lemon/garlic couscous, steamed broc/carrots/sugarsnap peas/ginger. Will def make this again and again.

    I'm borderline sugar diabetic. Trying to change my lifestyle. Only I'm such a picky eater, nearly all healthy foods I dislike. I've lost 10lbs from cutting soda. My weight wont go down anymore presently. But I cant seem to find anything healthy I like. What little bit I do like makes my mouth itch, bananas, watermelon, celery exc.     One suggestion: can you be a little more concise with the ingredients list and instructions? I watched the videos and screencapped the descriptions for grocery lists, but when I got back from the store, I realized that, for instance, there was no canned tomatoes or broccoli listed in the ingredients list so I couldn’t complete the full recipe. Would you be able to be more thorough in the description next time?

    Thankyou, Miss Ting. This is how I want to eat! The closest I've come is: I made a large ass salad and separated it into 2 tupperwares for my lunches. However, I would LOVE to do this for myself. I live in America where there are SO MANY unhealthy options for eating (*excuses*).

      I alternate between two meals all week. It helps keep me interested. I also only eat twice a day 400 calorie meals because I have lots to lose but it's working I'm down 8 pounds in 2 weeks so I'll take it
