I've lost two stone doing portion control and an intermittent fasting routine, but want to change what I do, so have been spending hours looking for something new to do and I am going to try our your programs, although I have horrendous knees (can't do running, hopping, skipping, jumping or twisting - it's agony for me). You are the FIRST and ONLY person online who has shown ALL the exercises in low-impact versions, so I now feel liberated to try the workouts too. Thanks so much for this. All my best.

I tried the lunch salad. I didn't have all the ingredients and I added some Cajun seasoning to it, and it was awseome. You don't have to have the exact vegetables and it still works

Made that chicken today. I'm not on a budget so I tweaked the recipe. Added shallots. Used yellow onion, smoked paprika, n 4 chopped fresh vine-ripe tomatoes instead. Splash of chicken broth, splash of dry white wine, partially covered after browning. Served with pearled lemon/garlic couscous, steamed broc/carrots/sugarsnap peas/ginger. Will def make this again and again.

These are great recipes! Thanks for providing! One suggestion: can you be a little more concise with the ingredients list and instructions? I watched the videos and screencapped the descriptions for grocery lists, but when I got back from the store, I realized that, for instance, there was no canned tomatoes or broccoli listed in the ingredients list so I couldn’t complete the full recipe. Thankyou, Miss Ting. This is how I want to eat! The closest I've come is: I made a large ass salad and separated it into 2 tupperwares for my lunches. However, I would LOVE to do this for myself. I live in America where there are SO MANY unhealthy options for eating (*excuses*).

I alternate between two meals all week. It helps keep me interested. I also only eat twice a day 400 calorie meals because I have lots to lose but it's working I'm down 8 pounds in 2 weeks so I'll take it

@@micahhdti I still do quite often, but I use quick oats now and protein powder. Maybe try using a little fewer oats or more milk so they bake softer.

The chicken and rice recipe was super good! Just made it, with chicken breast and canned Italian diced tomatoes. Really easy and satisfying.
