For the first time I've seen the changes in my body I've wanted to see. Not only in the way I look, but in the way I feel. I feel myself getting stronger and my endurance getting better. For the first time in my weight loss journey, I feel good about myself and I genuinely feel like I can do this! I'm looking forward to the toning videos after I reach my goal! 12 pounds to go! I've recently saved the playlist and thought I'd look at this meal plan. I was shocked at how much salt you're adding to nearly every meal! I read salt causes bloating and water retention, which is something I have cut back on, I've also been trying to slowly reduce the amount of sugar I have, like in my hot tea and near enough cut out coffee. 'Diet' is very difficult for me due to allergy, allergic to red, green and yellow peppers. I can't stand ginger either and I can't have anything with soya or lactose. I have also cut out beef altogether since I can't digest it. So I think even though my results may take a longer time I have to skip the meal plans but they do all look very nice.
Sooooo excited to start this challenge starting tomorrow,💪💪 also, I guess I know what i'll be getting when I go shopping tomorrow😬😬😬 Recipes are things I always struggle with and end up just eating chicken and broccoli 😂😂😂

It's a bit difficult to follow via a video and it's lacking some details like your egg / eggplant muffin, how long did you sauté it for before putting it in the oven? How long did you bake/roast those sweet potatoes and carrots for after you steamed them? Did you steam your peppers before roasting them too and how long did you bake them for? How did you cook that beetroot? It looks steamed? Everything looks soooo good!!!

I tend to prep for 3 days but I know people that can do 7 days in advance. Just remember the longer you keep it in the fridge it does change the taste and texture. I only do 3 day prep because I don't like the taste of it after 3 days plus I like to switch my meals up

Today I had a MASSIVE cheat day which consisted of: spicy sweet chili Doritos, Chinese food (steamed veggies, vegetable lo mein, black pepper salmon, organic chicken dumplings, & a veggie egg roll), macaroons (passion fruit, raspberry, pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate, & vanilla bean), and an entire carton of Halo Top dairy-free chocolate almond ice cream with whipped cream & chocolate chips. It’s my last cheat meal for a month, but I’m definitely ready to start eating healthy again tomorrow and get back on track
