      Thanks a lot Chloe for making this video I really need it to take some ideas. Today is magic Kings day here in Spain and for breakfast I have been eating a lot of Roscón de reyes (a typical sweet like a cake for breakfast) it’s my banging eating of the holidays 😂😂😂. Oh! And I am ready to start your workouts for abs but I have just catch a cold and I will have to rest , by the moment now, tomorrow I will see.

      @@sapphirecharm01 I live a fairly big city but I rarely find kale, because it doesn't grow in my country, idk, so even when I did find it, it would be so expensive it doesn't worth it, usually I'll just manage with spinach

    I kind of follow my own meal prep but I did your 2 week workout, now I'm on day 12 of the summer shred challenge. You're the first trainer I can actually stick to! For the first time I've seen the changes in my body I've wanted to see. Not only in the way I look, but in the way I feel. I feel myself getting stronger and my endurance getting better. For the first time in my weight loss journey, I feel good about myself and I genuinely feel like I can do this! I'm looking forward to the toning videos after I reach my goal! 12 pounds to go! I'm so happy I found your workouts. I really enjoy your RUclips content and also you as a person. Thank you for all the hard work you put into your content!

      will post it soon on the 2nd channel. I didn't keep track of how much everything was cause i bought them at different shopping sessions. I don't think it was that expensive to be honest, other than the Salmon.

      Kimchi in general has no sugar XD but it's pretty hard to make.... I'm korean and my mum literally has to save a date just to make kimchi XD

      I have currently employed this specific *2WeightLossFast. Com* for several weeks by now as well as the results are incredible. They give me a lot of strength as well as reduce my desire for foods, yet I do NOT quit when they wear off which I really like, and they also don`t make me jittery. I haven`t changed anything else I`m doing and also have lost 7 lbs. .

    I've recently saved the playlist and thought I'd look at this meal plan. I was shocked at how much salt you're adding to nearly every meal! I read salt causes bloating and water retention, which is something I have cut back on, I've also been trying to slowly reduce the amount of sugar I have, like in my hot tea and near enough cut out coffee. 'Diet' is very difficult for me due to allergy, allergic to red, green and yellow peppers. I can't stand ginger either and I can't have anything with soya or lactose. I have also cut out beef altogether since I can't digest it. So I think even though my results may take a longer time I have to skip the meal plans but they do all look very nice.

    Ahhh Chloe is there any chance you can put these recipes on your blog? It's a bit difficult to follow via a video and it's lacking some details like your egg / eggplant muffin, how long did you sauté it for before putting it in the oven? How long did you bake/roast those sweet potatoes and carrots for after you steamed them? Did you steam your peppers before roasting them too and how long did you bake them for? How did you cook that beetroot? It looks steamed?
    Everything looks soooo good!!!

      I tend to prep for 3 days but I know people that can do 7 days in advance. Just remember the longer you keep it in the fridge it does change the taste and texture. I only do 3 day prep because I don't like the taste of it after 3 days plus I like to switch my meals up

    I have lost 2 kg in 3 days, by taking masala oats in breakfast and dinner.
    Oats are very useful in weight loss A life without health is like a concert without music. Take care of your health and life will take care of you...!!

    Today I had a MASSIVE cheat day which consisted of: spicy sweet chili Doritos, Chinese food (steamed veggies, vegetable lo mein, black pepper salmon, organic chicken dumplings, & a veggie egg roll), macaroons (passion fruit, raspberry, pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate, & vanilla bean), and an entire carton of Halo Top dairy-free chocolate almond ice cream with whipped cream & chocolate chips. It’s my last cheat meal for a month, but I’m definitely ready to start eating healthy again tomorrow and get back on track
