I can do this if:
- I live alone
- My teacher doesn't give me thousands of assignments
- My mom doesn't bring a box of pizza
on a real note if you want to its always better to start today because a year from now you'll wish you did, not to say your body should change or anything but its 10 mins out of the day, just chuck on some earphones, pick ur fave 3 songs to listen to while working out to the 10 min challenge and boom its done. I totally get the bunch of assignments struggle im in 11th grade and have every type of exam coming up in like one month but i just use it as a relief from studying and look forward to being happy and confident in myself after exams when i hang out with my friends again, alsooo coronavirus is making us all stay home so instead of like sleeping in 10 mins, wake up and start ur day strong, and finally you can still eat pizza while working out!
sorry if i went a little overboard on that but i started working out a week ago and i used to make excuses not to and i want everyone to experience it and feel confident and proud.

Kookies Cookie I’ve been going the 28 day flat tummy challenge and it’s been 9 days and honestly I am already so much stronger, I feel better, I’m less tired and I feel like I have more control over my body. weight wise I haven’t really checked but I know there’s been some progress because I went from not doing anything ever to working out everyday. I’m just happier that I’ve finally gotten into a healthy lifestyle. wish you the best if you end up trying it and totally comment on this again if u have updates it’ll be cool to keep up!!! :)))

I love how the girl in the last results video didnt have a crazy change, but chloe still decided to put it in this video. Many influencers wouldn't do that because they only want people to think it'll work the same way it has for others. But when in reality everyone's body is different as well as lifestyles and i love that she addresses that. Chloe is literally the best! Thank you for changing lives in big and little ways ❤

Due to the Corona virus my school is closed for 5 weeks. Lately I’m not feeling good in my body so this gives me motivation to do some of your workouts in this 5 weeks. Edit: thanks for the comments and likes. I hope all of you guys are save and taking care of yourself. To give a update, I gave up after a week bc school was a pain in my ass. But our government is probably gonna close everything for more weeks but yeah proud of you guys. 😝

I’m 37 I have 3 kids and my youngest being a year old. I also have two that have to home school during this quarantine and I work from home. I get up at 6am get a drink of water and do the 10 min ab workout. Then I get a shower sign into work and get my kids up and ready for the day. If I can fit the workout in my crazy schedule anyone can. You all can do this !!! I’m on day 8 :)

i wish people would leave the shorts/legging where they were when they did the before because sometimes they purposely make the shorts low before they work out and for the after they make it high rise (which changes how you look tremendously😔)

fun lil fact:
the reason you may not be as defined after a workout is that the blood rushes to the muscles being used to provide oxygen for ATP production and contraction causing inflammation and puffiness in the area. Also, all of your muscle growth happens in recovery after a workout so you'd be more likely to see the progress the next morning after rest than straight after you finish your workout :)

I just want to say thank you for showing us transformation videos, because it does give us (especially me) this extra boost to do better. I love how it's diverse, from different body types to different races, and reminding us that everyone is different. I've been doing your 2 week ab workout, but I'm doing it for 4 WEEKS, and I'm doing the 10 min slim thigh workout. It's my 3rd day on the ab one, and I am getting stronger. My 2nd day on the thigh workout and I feel I'll feel a difference my thighs and abs have been sore. Especially my abs. I just want to say thank you, and you have a new subscriber.
I can't make a video as they did, but I want to share with you guys that I went from size 38 to size 34 over 5 months doing plenty of Chloe Ting's Challenges (I have done summer shred challenge, abs challenge & lean arms challenge). From having an intention to lost weight, until now doing workout with her videos has already become my daily routine. I'm addicted to the positive energy I gained everytime I completed a video. She changed me completely not just physically but also mentally. Thank you so much chole!! Not just for those fats that I have lost, but also the gym membership that I don't have to pay to reach my body goals :P ILY !!

@@rprs5739 i went on almost no sugar no bad fats & no bad carbs diet when i was intentional to lose fats. btw i went from size 38 to 34 in just 3 months. after that three months i just eat like what i used to, but in smaller portions.

I am doing 5 weeks booty challenge and just finished day 29. Combined with diet, I have already lost 3 kgs. What really matters is what you ate rather than the workout you have done. And please make sure that you are doing the challenges just as Chloe has shown you (especially the way she stands on) . Otherwise, it may not work effectively.
Edit: I have finished the booty program yesterday. I will be starting hourglass program from Thursday. I have lost almost 4 kilos in 3 weeks. Can't include the first 2 weeks because I wasn't eating clean.

Just started the 35 day summer shred program AND the booty/ab program. Let me tell you, the workouts hurt. I slept for so long after, BUT I have never felt better. Thank you for giving everyone the opportunity to push themselves. I am finally believing in myself. I CAN DO THIS!
