No, in video mode there is no automatic anti-flicker capability. You have to use the techniques I outlined in this video ruclips.net/video/QM_183Ppwcc/видео.html to deal with flicker from normal light sources.

Does the silent mode work with the anti-flickering mode on? (I'm gonna rent the cam for an upcoming wedding and the church has flickering lights.)
Unfortunately, no, it doesn’t.
If you don’t need 45 mp, I believe the R6 mk. 2 does support silent shooting and anti flicker shooting.
