US uses 60hz AC and most other places use 50hz. In the SETTINGS / Image settings change your Anti-Flicker to match the AC frequency in your location. This isn't much of a problem with incandescent lighting but it's terrible with LED and fluorescent lights. You might also tweak the frame rate a click or two.
@@theNomadReview LEDs make video hard. They use PWM (pulse width modulation) to control the brightness. So in addition to the AC frequency you might have to deal with the PWM which can be all over the place map as far as frequency goes. Have a great day and be safe out there!
@@onlymyopiniontech nothing seems to fix it - changed mine from auto to 50hz (correct for where I live) , set frame rate 30, still bad. Terrible with street lights. unusable in places. Doesn't really live up to the hype in low light.
@@williamgye8944 the real problem is the LED lighting. They use PWM to control the voltage so they actually turn on and off. I don't record much with LED lighting but so far I've been able to find a frame rate that worked. It's difficult in public lighting since you have no control over it. Remove artificial lighting and it does good in low light.
I have the same problem here but I use pure frame mode 4K30 frames per second. Is there any settings that I could try to improve light flickering? I am on my first day of trip feeling desperate right now😢
how to preview video insta360 ace pro ( not using the app)?. i I took videos on the camera then I want to go back on the camera itself to see what I took. is there a way ?
Yes swipe from the left side of the screen to the right and it will bring up the gallery. Hope this helps and remember to subscribe for more ace pro content coming soon.

Thank you. I tried changing the frequency and didn't work. Still need to try change the frame rate. All the best!

You have something set wrong mine doesnt do that shuttering thing.
Hmmm... interesting. It only does it on some lights - like Christmas lights... maybe not all. Thank for sharing.
