@@Best360 I'm sure you can remove the lens and not have to send the camera off. Look at some videos about it and double check to try. I got told that aswell but then found a video of someone twisting it off.

My only request or complaint, is that Insta360 put GPS in camera like every other camera on the planet.
Like everyone else who actually uses these type cameras for action or extreme sports, we can't be f**king around with a phone, apple watch, or $70 remote gps device.
If one is taking video / photos of grandma and a box of kittens, then no big deal, but they can just use his or her phone for that.
I have a bunch of Insta360 cameras and accessories. I also have older Sony x3000s and Garmin cameras and accessories.
I love Insta360 products, but please put GPS internally. 🙏

Thank you. It would be great if we would have a histogram option on the camera. Next we need the zoom also for photos. And the remote control currently for the X3 needs to be accepted by the ace pro camera (which is currently not working)
I agree. As a Insta360 One RS and Ace Pro user, it is sad to see the zoom features not available on Photo mode. I have sent feedback about this to Insta360, but I’m not sure if they will add the feature

Hi Shanil. I've been watching your videos on making 360 tours in Kuula and I'm brand new to this. Is there a way to make the filmstrip of individual photos hidden when I publish the tour? I know the viewer can click on the down arrow and hide it but I was wondering if there is a way that it doesn't show up at all so the viewer only sees the tour and doesn't see the individual photos. I've looked at the settings and can't seem to find the answer. Thanks for your help. Clark

The Ace Pro does seem like an interesting camera, and its low-light shooting is the best of the action cameras.
Thanks Jaana! It's a tough one between these two. I use the DJI Pocket 3 for my behind the scenes now. It's amazing. Very easy to get reliable active track 4K video on my own, crisp audio quality with DJI Mic 2, and stable gimbal footage. The downfall is the exposed Micro SD card on the side... I don't know why they would do that 😅. So for action scenarios to do with water or intense vibrations like mountain biking, then it's time to switch to the Ace Pro.
@@Best360 I bought the Pocket 3 at the end of October and I like it a lot! I have used the Pocket 3 mainly for saving memories and in the future also for travel videos, as I used the Pocket 2 together with the One X2 before. Ace Pro is interesting precisely because of its better durability in difficult conditions. What makes me wonder if I will have time to shoot with all the cameras or if they will be left in the closet gathering dust. 😃

Does the editor do like the Quick app in GoPro . Where it chooses the highlight and you can lengthen or shorten add music etc…

After three days on Chat with Support, I learned that I need a better graphics card - GTX 1060 or better - to watch my Insta360 Ace Pro videos. I have wasted days trying to get this to work. Do I want to return the camera or spend $300+ on a new card or return the camera? Decisions, decisions. Do you have a recommendation for a graphics card?

I have an issue, when I connected the audio of airpod with instant Ace pro, the audio result completely silent and only take sound directly from the airpod mic when I talked . So no background sound from the ace pro, even I tried to speak directly to the mic hole on Ace pro still no sound. Then I tried disconnected it with the airpod, the mic on Ace Pro works well to catch the sound,(so I assumed no problem with internal mic). Is there any setting I need to change in my ace pro? I tried to gain external mic, to +6db but no change for the result. I need the video that can catch of natural background sound with. Awaiting for your advise...🙏

If i filmed in 8K 30fps and downscaled the video to 4K in post, would it be sharper and clearer than a downscaled 5.3K video to 4K from the GoPro 12 ?
Im going to Tenerife in May and August and want a high end camera just for my travels
I will not be using it in water or for sports but just general video footage
Would the Insta360 Ace Pro be a better choice over the GoPro 12 for general daytime shooting ?
The 8k is only up to 24fps. And I believe the 8k is not stabilised. And not the best in low light.
I wouldn’t buy the ace pro based on the 8k mode alone.
The ace pro is superior to the hero12 in lowlight, if you need this feature.
But they both record exceptional footage whether it’s 4k or 5.3k during the day

Just wondering why Pure video (exp -1) is used instead of Standard video. Is there a difference in image quality? Is Pure video better than Standard video?
For me Pure Video is brighter, less noisy, and the dynamic range is better. I do think the video quality in this mode looks better than standard or the actual HDR video mode. But feel free to experiment and see what works best for you.

The lens covered is glued on. You can remove it.
i am using sandisk extreme 256gb card with 160mb/s speed and 90 mb/s write speed in ace pro but i am getting error that recording stopped due to insufficient SD card speed.can you suggest a solution?
Are you sure the card is legit? Did you buy it from a reliable retailer? Did you format the sd card in-camera?

Hello everyone , I recently bought a "Ace pro" and I am satisfied with the quality of its videos.but i have a big problem when i want to play video in laptop (or any professional pc). (it's updated to the last firmware) They don't playe smoothly Specs of video recorded: h265 codec - 60 fps What is the problem? I will be glad if "insta360" or anyone can guide me
Try record in h264 if you have a older / slower computer. It will playback better
I like the camera, but the fact that you cannot turn off HDR is a no go for me
You can disable HDR with the latest firmware released week ago
Can you do this ace pro with Freewell filters ???
