    I recently just started doing my ACV at the end how you're doing it and its truly a game changer. I wish I'd known sooner that its best as the final step and not the first. I then seal my hair with silicon mix.

    I have pre made acv that I bought at Sally’s. I leave it for 5-10 minutes before washing. That works for me.

      Yes ACV is a great pre-poo treatment! I’ll have to check out Sally’s for that

    I’m confused help me out. The cool water rinse and acv spray are going to close the cuticle but wouldn’t the heat from the greenhouse effect open it back up?

      Yes, exactly! The hair cuticle will always open & close. The key is to have your cuticle closed at certain crucial points in your wash day to lock in moisture, and then open at certain times to have your hair ready to accept moisture.
