The producers of this channel are phenomenal. Great ideas, great execution and editing. Great job guys. PGA channel sucks. But we all already knew that.
I’ve watched this like 5 times now. Poults is so good. Marcus Armitage with the “wah-ta” and 163mph ball speed with a hybrid????? And can someone please tell me how guys like Paul Casey averages 174mph ball speed with that smooth swing? Averages…that means he gets over that number half the time. With that smooth ass swing. I would love to learn. Please explain to me the physics of it.
I think about not hitting that water, 60% weight on front, 40% on back, sync my swing with my internal metronome for tempo, and right before I swing, I think about that one embarrassing moment from 20 years ago.
I finished a complete swing rebuild on my own in early October of 2021. Took me 1.5 years but I’ve gone from 26 to 9.8, not even joking. Read up and taught myself different approaches to the fundamentals and how to build a great effortless swing and I got there. It’s nice to have finally found my swing and not need to think about literally anything anymore, because I trust it, I know it is on plane and it works, I love it. I can absolutely relate.
"smooth waggle, move into left heel, wide arc, closed clubface halfway down, come in shallow, keep left arm stretched through impact and a nice low finish". All that in 0.8 seconds. My brain in overdrive 😄
Stud. Super confident bordering on arrogant but I love his thought. “Ok Min. Just bomb it. Nice little Fade off the bunker. Easy. Like that. All four days.” I aspire to play and think like that.
I don't know if that necessarily tracks for all of them. Rory was FULL of swing thoughts recently with a coach change and trying to alter his delivery, so he's clearly trying something new right now. Most guys will have a couple core thoughts unless they are just playing lights out. But yeah, anyone with more than a couple will usually be in trouble on the course.
why not include Nicklaus - the greatest major champion in history - who has said he played good golf with a swing thought but he played great golf with 3 or 4? it's not what the sports psychologists advise but none of them can break par
Everyday is a little different but my main thought is seeing the shot I want to hit in my minds eye, then executing. That and staying centered & tempo. Overthinking is for the range not the course. ⛳️🧙♂️💭
Iv solved the swing. It will change golf forever. I wish i could talk with Tiger Woods or any other Tour Pro. I broke the swing down in a completely new way that does not use anything from the current main stream understanding. What I found will change everything about golf.
Swing thoughts are a misnomer. Pros during their swing do not think of any thoughts to improve their execution. All thoughts regarding their swing or what they want to accomplish with their shot are done prior to the swing. Once the swing commences, the only thing going through their minds is to fully execute their swing in the same manner they have practiced before their round started.
McIlroy was the only who sounded like he had recently had an existential crisis about his golf swing....I can relate.
Just empty your head and play.
Min’s swing is absolutely gorgeous 2:15
Poults is just pure class. Born entertainer
Topping the ball on purpose like that takes so much skill. I'm not sure I could do it with 100 tries, but OH MY GOD can I do it on accident...
Didn't even register on the tracer
Great insight from Rory…
Yea, stop thinking about it so much haha
Rory thought it was a personal intrusion that they asked him and totally misread the situation

Agreed
Shhh, don't let the PGA hear that, you know how sulky the Americans get....lol...

I’m a 6 handicapper and I really have no thoughts while hitting. It’s very refreshing!

You're a good player...you probably only think about the task, hit the ball to the target...if that...I'm a 15 and I have way too many thoughts
Mcilroy and Lowry were scarily close to the right side rough. Love it.
Min absolutely MOVES it 🔥🇦🇺
Willet's ball flight is special
Hojgaards ball flight was incredible
I know, so unique
@@lukechang3497 everyone else went with a fade but he just chose a bullet draw with complete confidence
Poulter is every high capper on the 1st tee with a gallery.
His trick shot is their nightmare
I assumed it was intentional, but hard to know.
@@thejokeexplainer there’s 0 question in my mind it was intentional. Tiger woods always did that trick at range demos.
Rory is the way to go. No thoughts and straight down the mucking fiddle.
The mucking fiddle is what I'm doing tomorrow morning. No sucking fwing thoughts,
@@rohitjairath does hyderabad hav a golf course
Those seconds standing above the ball at address. I like this. Keep it coming.
Fantastic video! And great advice by Rory 😂
They had to do a one hour sit down with Bryson.

The Brits and their humor. You gotta love it.
2:55 Poulter is hilarious 🤣🤣
wide to wide with driver is gold
Woo min woo with 177. Quality golfer
Indeed! Beautiful move.

@@saufai74 bro how far do you bomb it tho
@@urmama54 work in progress. Far from Min. Low 150s ball speed. I’m slow and short of the tee. And not very straight.
My advise. Watch to the end. Best comment, "water!" like it was nothing to drive over.😆
great insight from Poults😂
Apart from being a good golfer, he is a very funny man. And I enjoy watching him play and talk. Cheers
This was great!
Paul Casey has always had a lovely swing
Excellent tutorial...
Most interesting vid for months
Best.video.ever.
Such pure drives 😍
“WATER” 😂😂😂
Love this
Keep it simple, one or two thoughts 👍
When does the ripping the shirt part occurs in his routine?
😂😂😐
Poulter is the best!!!
Rory just has to let it flow. Swing it and they will come
- Å fan! 👍
Tour pro s are a different breed
Rory had the best thought in my opinion
My swing thought "Embrace the fade and hug the slice"!
Lee Trevino..."You can talk to a fade....but a hook won't listen"
Ian, with a legendary chirp.
Even on video, Rory sounds different, in a good way
who's the guy at 3:09?
Paul Casey?
Marcus Armitage is a brilliant player
Who was the Water boy?
Rory !
Who is the player @3:51? 163 ball speed with a hybrid🤯
Idk but his body movement looked slow which is crazy.
Marcus armitage :)
That was a 3 Wood which makes sense for a tour pro. Marcus Armirage
Would love to know who it hit the farthest with carry and roll :D
The one about getting your shoulders back a bit seemed to make sense for me.
LOL @2:55
Made a different sound when Colin M hit the ball..
Laser target focus...if anyone cares what my thought is...😎
Don’t top it. Just don’t top it. Whatever you do, don’t bleepin top it.
And I topped it.
The golf ball doesn’t know, it’s an inanimate object , your brain knows
so the take away is.. what exactly?
I just think about syncing a fart with the moment of impact. I have to eat a lot of beans before my round tho.
I'll give it a try
Subtly, Marcus Armitage's hybrid was only 2 mph slower ball speed than Morikawa's driver.
the sound Rory makes is just different
I am about 90% sure Ian Poulter did it for the memes
water!!
I love how for the most part, the more “average” the player(tour terms), the more thought, the better the player, less to NO thought aka Mr Mcilroy

yea mayne, cant go past ol' dustin gump on dat one
JT said he has 4 or 5 swing thoughts and hopes that one of them will work on any given round.
They all have problems like us
No one said Cheeseburgers? Im think about lunch.
Poulters hilarious.
WAHTER!
Min would be the only one to talk in the third person
why not include Nicklaus - the greatest major champion in history - who has said he played good golf with a swing thought but he played great golf with 3 or 4? it's not what the sports psychologists advise but none of them can break par
Nicklaus is nearing 90 years old and couldn't even carry that water now, plus he's not European
Whatever you do just dont top it 😂
This would have been a lot longer video if Bryson was in it
Bryson would take up the whole video. Lol
They all seem to have only one swing thought. I have six.
Min Woo...'just bomb it'...youth...lol
Paul Casey is upgrade Rick Shields

Wonder if some guys will start talking themselves through the swing out loud 🤣
Jack Nicklaus did it 🤷♂️
They practice or play for 12 hours a day, that’s the secret. The lessons have been around for over 70 years and they are nothing new. 😂
Where's the cart girl!
Theyre probably thinking "hit ball to target"...and maybe one thought meanwhile i have 100

Colin reminds us that he plays a cut every third sentence
*"WATER"*
Less thoughts the better - staying centered was a good swing thought.
It is...simple...
Rory was a little salty. Lol
what they say to the camera but what they're thinking probably is.......God don't make me look like a dork on television.

Danny willett is so impressive. His swing was so ugly when he won the masters and has made it look so much better over the years.
Clearly, they’re thinking too much. Was it only 3 guys breaking 170 ball speed?
Swing thoughts are a misnomer. Pros during their swing do not think of any thoughts to improve their execution. McIlroy thinks "I wonder where this is going to go".
Damn not many Asian dudes can hit 177 ball speed, his swing doesnt look that fast either
ian poulter..... very nice big daddy
fade peg it down, draw peg it up. Copy Danny.
What’s with all this ‘ball speed’ and ‘apex’ nonsense?
It’ll always be ‘The European Tour’. Sad to see the name change. Advertising is so big nowadays that it’s taking over pretty much everything.
