A single speaker works flawlessly. However,
I am experiencing a few issues when connect a second speaker, as listed in my above comment.

One of the best online reviews I've heard!! None of the BS. They get to the features from the start. No wasted time. I immediately subscribed after watching this, and I don't even know what else is on their channel. I wish all youtube reviews were like this. Take note content creators, this is how its done! BOOM!!!!

Very helpful. I have used this for a few months and was struggling live with volume controls during mix mode, which you clarified with this video. Thanks!

JBL only gives you a DB output but realistically , what would you say is the wattage of one speaker ? I'm trying to get a handle on room size capabilities and if it will perform to 100? , 200? , maybe 300 people ? Or is that unrealistic ? There are many features I love about these speakers but specifications given are a bit hazy as far as what one could expect from them . My thought is to have two units for FOH and two more for stage monitors .

Hey guys, I just purchased a second EON ONE COMPACT, and I am having issues with the BT Broadcast. Once Associated with my HOST speaker connecting with my iPad, 1) the music coming from iTunes seems to be distorting, and speeding up; and 2) if I have a microphone plugged into the HOST speaker, the microphone is only audible through the HOST and not the REMOTE speaker. Any ideas or help you can give would be greatly appreciated.

So, I just got off the phone Harmon, and they advised that my issues are already known, and that they are developing a new app and firmware update to solve the issues concerning 1) the BT Broadcast. My second issue is that any analog connections to the onboard inputs are not supported by the BT Broadcast, hence, make sure you have a fifty to one hundred foot 1/4" cable, and run your audio through the Pass Thru into an input on the Remote speaker. Sheesh! This is so disappointing.

Thanks for reaching out and the information. That's good to know about this issue! And, while it's promising that they're working on it, that may take some time.

I think the problem is BT technology, that problem happens with other brands too. You should use wired connections always for best results.

I just bought 2 JBL eon compact one speakers to use for acoustic gigs. When you link both speakers can you also use the other channels from the other JBL eon one speaker to plug in other mics or instruments? Cause I know that it has 2 or 3 channels for each speaker. Does that make like 4 or 6 channels if you use both speakers?

A quartet mate of mine just purchased this versatile speaker and we wondered if it's possible to take an audio or audio/video recording of a performance that uses the mixed sound output of the JBL speaker. Can the JBL output jack be connected to a computer DAW for audio recording, or even to an iPhone such that an audio/video recording can be collected through the camera app using the JBL mixed sound? Thanks.

Great review, guys! I bought JBL EON ONE Compact recently and noticed strange way it deals with stereo. If stereo signal is coming via 1/8" AUX IN then the speaker (as well as PASS THRU or headphones) plays only Right channel of stereo signal. If stereo signal is coming over Bluetooth then the speaker (as well as PASS THRU or headphones) plays only Left channel of stereo signal. Is your speaker working with stereo input signal differently? I was thinking to buy eventually a second JBL EON ONE COMPACT and connect it via PASS THRU for better quality. But now I see that stereo playback won't be possible in wired configuration (unless someone wants 2 "Left only" speakers, or 2 "Right only" speakers, depending on BTAUX IN input).

    great film!
since they have bluetooth and max 4 connection, is it possible for a band to use DAW as a live mixer recoeding and playback at the same time? maybe just need one more interface to complete the system. 4 channels are not enough for a band.
