Let's see... at the most generous, with Hanzo at 18 years old, more of a young man than a kid but the most extreme example, that would be 22 years ago which would make Kiriko... negative one. Kiriko was born after Hanzo stopped being a child, and two years before Genji turned 18.
When Kiriko was born, Hanzo was 19, and Genji was 16, but that still doesn't work when they say they trained as kids

She's three in dog years. She must be the second or third Kiriko, and just doesn't have the heart to tell them she isn't the same girl they played with as kids.
Just wanna say "dog years" isnt real, animals age at a slowing rate, when they're young they age faster and as they get older their aging slows down so yes for maybe the first couple years a dog will age about 7 years for every human year but after that their aging slows down until it's 1 for 1, it's why animals are only juveniles for a short period, nature isn't kind to animals with slow maturation rates

This world has so many ways to stop people from aging, making young looking character 30 or 40 wouldn't be a problem to explain at all.
However, making characters too young will always create problems.
Also, Cassidy is ancient, according to his lore. According to some things he apparently took part in, he should be at least over hundred years old. If geriatric can roll around on battlefield, Kiriko can be 35

Yeah I don't see a problem with Hanzo's dragons.
A lot of it would be solved if it was revealed Kiriko lies about her age to be more popular.
It honesty fits her character, anyways.

Before the birth of Kiriko both of the Shimata brothers were students of Kiriko's mom. Kiriko's mother had ties to the Shimata Yakuza and took both brothers in to hone their skills as shinobis. After many years learning under Kiriko's mother both of them consider her a second mother. When both brothers hit their mid-late teens Kiriko was born. So they considered her their little sister. Then Overwatch blew up a few years after her birth (age 6-7 give or take).

The lore explanation for why Kiriko isn't over 30 is that when she first learned of the Protective Suzu, she realized she could use it to prevent decay and entropy.
She realized that by spamming it as often as possible, she could delay her aging and (more importantly) feed into her horrible eating habits for much longer than otherwise.
Yeah because that makes sense. What a stupid cop out by blizzard. Them releasing the ages based solely off how old the characters look was stupid

To be fair, Kiriko isn't the only problematic character when it comes to age.
Also, even if she was spamming Suzu every 14 seconds, that's only slowing your aging four seconds per minute, which gives you four minutes per hour, and one and a half hour per day.
She would be barely saving 23 days a year, assumed she's spamming Suzu in her sleep as well.
That's not enough to make her look 21 when Hanzo is 40.
The issue is that wouldn’t actually change the age at all, just how she looks. So to match them for it to make sense, her age should still be in the mid to late 30s for it to make sense.
Age has nothing to do with your appearance, it’s how many years you’ve been born.
Simple, we're Asian.
We age all at once instead of gradually over time.
Still, we will usually look younger than we actually are cuz most of us eat well and hate sitting still.

Hanzo and Genji learn the way of the sword from the Kiriko's mother, this means, she is like 50 years old or more and probably Kiriko lie about her age.
Hell even if the dudes went back TWENTY YEARS, Kiriko would have been 1 the earliest, while Hanzo would have just been 20 and Genji would have been 17
And even if we were to highball it and say she started training at 4, Genji and Hanzo would have been 21 and 24 respectively.

Tracer literally looks like a twin that took a different path in life in Overwatch 2.
More plump less skinny overall the first tracer model was a stick figure lacking muscles while the second model is a testament to a hardcore workout routine and good diet the character may have had over a period of at least a year
In my books that counts as aging because aging is just the changes that take place in our body overtime not necessarily the appearance of being older or younger
