WOW I did not expect for my cartoon to blow up this fast, honestly blown away that it's top of the overwatch subreddit aswell with 4k upvotes under 2 hours, YIKES! If you like what I do, please expand the description and check me out on my other social links. Also another thanks to Gianni and Seigi VA for helping with the voices, I did my best to voice Hanzo and Zen but these guys nailed the rest for me. Was a really fun cartoon to make after experiencing so many negative matchmaking experiences in overwatch and I am glad everyone is getting a kick out of it. Perhaps I will do some more overwatch based content :) CHEERS!

Zenyatta: the healer who wants to win the game but ends up throwing because of his team
Reaper: the toxic kid who blames everyone for losing yet he is trash
Soldier 76: the dps main who hates overwatch and it's community
Hanzo: the hanzo main who insta locks dps and is boosted
Doomfist: the mercy main who is tired of being blamed by his team for everything so plays dps
Widowmaker: the dps main who's mic is broken and doesn't cooperate with the team
Competitive in a nutshell
Rap tor zen is most likely me alot in both comp and quick... (In qp simply because I don't want a bloody losing streak ;-;)

I take that Soldier 76 is the solo hard carry stat farming player. I deduced that from his didn't give a F about win or lose and will never fill attitude and CS go history. The character is representing the disillusioned Overwatch players who decided to insta-lock 1 man army characters such as Tracer and Soldier and just farm stats to climb (lose less sr per loss and win more sr per win), and sadly, his stereotype is the only kind that has a real chance to climb to Diamond and above if he git gud because of the Performance Based SR and matchmaking system.

Some people who didn't play comp before the 2-2-2 switch will never understand the "torb on attack" throw meme
This was also before he got reworked, so picking Torb on attack back then was absolutely considered throwing unless you could set up a level 2 turret on a payload.

Found this after 2-2-2. What a horrifying flashback to being hardstuck silver and being the only support or tank on my team. Say what you will about the game, 2-2-2 makes it so much more playable.

Well the thing is imo, you either have to be lucky with teams, or you have to carry your teams (no matter what role you play) on silver, but maybe you are just not playing enough? :x (also i am gold so this opinion might not be accurate rly)
@@Lufa01 I am playing more than enough, maybe even too much) My main problem I think is bad aim, after 100 hours in game it got stuck at current level (approx 30% accuracy on all heroes) and does not improve at all. I know I am not perfect myself and make some mistakes, but very often my team is just so bad... They mindlessly run on point to die one by one, waste ults 1v6, forget their roles and try to go dd instead of healing, not listen to the voice chat (usually I see 3 ppl there including myself)... or are just 30lvls and dont know how to play the game. I main genji and its so painful when I see that I can get a lot of impact and effectively eliminate most of the opponents, I engage and get one-two kills, dash back to my team and wait for healing but healers ignore me, shooting enemy shields/healing an already full hp rein/doing other dumb things and I die like an idiot a few seconds later. Or when we have Ana in our team, but she either simply doesnt know what nanoblade is, or thinks orisa is a better target for nano, or cant wait for me and dies, and I have to wait for her to respawn, and then I die because no healing, and again and we cant sync, or uses it in some random inappropriate moment (like our team gets wiped and we stay 2v6 and she thinks one nanoblade will fix everything, or when enemy lucio already has basses and can counter us, but she doesnt shink about it)... Also leavers in 1/3 of games are very annoying. Especially when ppl leave after loosing the first round when its still pretty winnable.
Again, I know Im not the best player myself (very trash one indeed), but the fact that I am considered as dumb as these players are... Is terribly frustrating.
@@griglog228 Yeah, i feel you man but from what you say here it seems you die like a lot, maybe you are a little too agressive? i mean no offense or something but when being in low ranks i think you shouldnt really trust your supports, especially when you have Ana on your team because they aim will not be good and if you are Genji i think you should try to flank more but i guess you know it, well... i dont know how to help you bro, i am Gold main tank and i have kinda differrent problem, aka Defensive Reinhardts on my team (hiding behind corners and not doing anything) when i am agrressive Zaria lol, i can get pretty toxic if i have second tank like this, not gonna lie.
Also about Nano: sometimes is better for Ana to Nano tank instead of dps, especially when tank is going low hp because you dont wanna loose tank before the team fight even starts i think.
Well, anyway i wish you best luck mate for getting out to higher ranks (i also was hard stuck in 1900sr, i did get out only because i was so f*cking determined for leaving this shitty silver that i just carried my teams mostly solo through this last 100-150 sr)

So many overwatch animations try so hard to be funny when they honestly are just crap. This was the exception, this was absolutely accurate and funny as hell. I had to rewatch it and share. Amazing animation and script! You should make these an webisode series. I highly enjoyed.

So you would like to have player who usually plays healer, but also has many hours as DPS forced to play as tank 0.o that system would never work :/ also what if 4 people had same thing on your team, you would have 4 tanks.
If that system was created there would be people crying for better tanks, but nobody could switch because it forced some people to play as tanks, no need to be aggressive if you get some constructive feedback.

I don't even play Overwatch and that was still funny. The sign of a good parody. The animation was simple but still looked good and clean, and the voice work was absolutely fantastic. Good job!

I think it is a parody. It's providing a kind of commentary on some annoying facets of Overwatch and its players, but in a humors light. There are underlying issues that this animation addresses, but reproduces them in a way that's comical.

When I was new to the game and in low gold, this dickhead started calling me trash and bitching about people picking DPS in gold immediately after everyone chose a hero, as if the entire rest of the team and enemy team wasn’t on the same level.
