Guys.. If you're reading this I just heard the news about Johnny Gaudreau and his brother. My condolences to his family and friends. Tragedy like this is very tough, I didn't know Johnny at personally but had the honor to compete against him many times over my career. Even in tragedy it sucks to say but just remember life is precious guys and just waking up daily, just feel grateful for the opportunity to get out of bed in the morning because you truly truly never know when you won't have that opportunity again.
RIP Johnny and his brother Matthew

Do you have a contract for next year? You look in great shape, brother. Go tell your family and friends that you love them, because tomorrow isn't a guarantee. RIP Johnny Hockey.

Been following you for a while now, and I just remembered that the first nhl game I went to see was in Calgary sometime December 2016, and you scored one of the goals for the Coyotes. Those memories are so fresh and you def are apart of them. Good luck wherever you end up playing!

I've done all those diets too, ketogenic dating back 15 years ago, vegan (plant based), typical bro athlete lower fat, higher protein and carb, paleo, dairy free, the list goes on. I like Paul Saladino as well, can't get raw dairy up here in Canada and I tend to get skin problems from it sadly so I don't eat that but i'm jealous. I do eat fermented veggies sauerkraut, kimchi and pickles for some 'probiotics' and flavor. I also eat white rice, find the starch to be helpful, that's the one thing I think Paul's diet lacks that would be beneficial for athletes burning a ton of calories. I understand his logic in avoiding rice but imo dairy is a more alien food especially for grown adults. Imo starch is a great performance enhancer, especially for athletes that don't need to compete in weight limit sports.

Yeah I would agree. Because its been a summer diet so far ive thought of that when I go back to playing adding few more starchy carbs!
