I painted my drums silver to match the color of the slotted and drilled performance performance rotors on the front along with putting in that touch screen radio. high temp 250 degree wheel paint VHT alont with high temp clear coat rated for 2000 degrees but looks nice glossy. I could sort of see my hands reflection. I did have them painted black in the past though back when I still had stock rims so not visible
Thanks! I recently lost my brakes going down the mountains a few weeks ago in central WV and it didn't seem to melt the dip or anything but it does seem to clean up a lot of the crap that comes off the roads and the wear and tear lol.
+TheFlacker99 (Flak) It could but I think it was from the mountain I was going down. Haha. Everyone that was behind me lost theres too. Oh well its a simple fix. Ive had the car for just over the year now and my grandpa never drove it so its going on 39k with the brakes maybe being changed once lol. It was in florida so he never had to worry about mountains
Thanks and yea looking back i would have definitely went with a 17 inch wheel but i was a broke college kid and got whatever i could find at the time that i thought would look good lol
@@AustinJenner I want to find a Taller tire that will fit 14" rims .... My stock tires are 14 but ........ Crusing speed runs too high rpms. Im sitting on 3000rpm AT 55mph & its so annoying. So I wanna see if I can go a Taller tire, Bigger tire equals a reduction in rpms at the same speed.

Be careful with plasti-dip on those drums, I doubt the drums would get hot enough but it may start to melt it. Looks beautiful!

What size are the wheels ?
R-A-H_- they are 14x6 with 4x100 bolt pattern and a 73mm offset

@@97warlock I gotcha, when I switched mine I didnt notice much of a difference but it did feel more responsive
