Making a Christmas Berry Honey Bochet

- Merry Christmas (I know I'm a little late), today we are making a Christmas Berry Honey Bochet. This is a mead that uses Christmas Berry honey as the base of it. Bocheting honey is the process of heating up the honey to change the sugar (semi-caramelizing some of them.) This mead is a lot of fun and I hope you enjoy it. You can find the recipe below. Christmas Berry Bochet Recipe (1 Gallon):
2.5 lbs of Christmas Berry Honey (Bocheted for 45 minutes)
1 lb of Regular Christmas Berry Honey
2.5 Grams of Lalvin 71B-1122
4 Grams of Fermaid O
Stabilized with Potassium Sorbate & Potassium Metabisulfite
1/2 lb of Christmas Berry Honey
1/2 oz of French Medium Toast Oak Chips
