I told myself that I was going to push with you and try to weigh 287lbs by the time you hit and win the Tampa pro..I weighed 285.6lbs this morning 😊💯 I hit my goal so now it’s time for you to take the win fam 🏆
That’s what people don’t get about this sport. They think it’s just steroids and BAM you are shredded. Still gotta have good genetics, gotta train hard and eat right. Crazy what some of these guys and girls put their bodies through.
the crazy part is im doing a 2.5 miler walk in the morning and evening and average 12k steps a day all said and done and train a 1 to 2 hour session everyday. i eat 1840 calories 161 grams of protien 11 grams of carbs and 57 grams of fat as my daily diet. currently at 206 lbs but 24% body fat and scale wise in the last 90 days have only lost 10 lbs now body index scan with the watch though says im down 22 lbs of fat up 8 lbs of muscle and up 4 lbs of water. biggest diffrence is im natrual and have a test score of 374. and i post daily on youtube if you doubt what im doing. it is brutal to hold this type of scehdule.
I admire the shyt out of you brother, I don’t think people really fully understand the amount of dedication and effort that goes into these competitions. Everything has to be on point and I admire the fact you have 2 children and a wife and still work as hard as you do and make time for them. Representation of a true man

Nope core control, vacuums and using a lifting belt to keep the waist tight and small. Need to be careful of food volume and what is eaten on show day and 24-48 hours out
Man, I'm fat 242 lbs and cutting with 1600-1800 kcal and 190g of protein. But on vacation, where I do some moderate swimming. It must be a bitch to train, pose, travel and do cardio on such a small amount of food. Wish you all the best in Tampa.

How tall are you? I'm 5'6 150lbs trying to lose weight on 1500cal a day but it seems so slow. I want to get to at least 130. I'm male. Any tips? My diet is pretty much eggs, oats,chicken breast and rice
@@3718-u7t loose weight or loose fat? 1500 is low….im 5’7. Simple answer if you have been dieting for awhile your body may have adapted. Try a diet break, one week of increasing food probably to at least 2000 cals. Reduce cardio a little and lift heavy. I’m assuming you do lift weights?
