You can enable trusted advisor on root account to get IAM detail. If you are looking for multi account summary then you can use SSM to configure and get detail of all account. Pre-req for this configuration are:- All your accounts are managed under AWS Organizations You have a Business or Enterprise support plan for your organization and member accounts

Sorry for delay response as this seems to be sent into the spam section.. adding security group as source means u are restricting or allowing traffic from that source as in let's say i have a security group having rules to allow https traffic from LB then you can allow the instance to take traffic from LB from the security group having traffic getting from LB.
