啱啱開始學習素食,好多嘢都唔識。最叻就係將啲彩椒煎下佢,再放啲鷹嘴豆,放啲沙律菜,放牛油果再加少少飯響個碟度。屋企人見到走夾唔唞。依家煮飯都係煮開比自己食,屋企人都食肉。因為廚藝唔好唔識點煮素菜嘅嘢俾佢哋食。睇完你嘅視頻加強我少少信心💪🏻💪🏻。多謝晒!🙏🏻🙏🏻

Hi 😊 Happy New Year 🎉Maybe you can use corn starch or chia seed powder add water to form a thicker sticky binding and mix in the tofu will do too.

普通果汁機,如果大馬力的也可以,最主要是要烏冬變得很黏稠。一開始不要開太大,慢慢的絞碎,怕機器會弄壞
