I'm learning this at the minute but the main riff is taking me forever to get up to speed with - trying to do it all down picking but it's proving a lengthy endeavour. Tempted to move to alternate picking which reduces a lot of the work required. How is everyone else playing it?
Everytime you move your hand up the fretboard, it's like a false flag for a slide down on the low E. XD I'm only pickin'; pun intended. Just found it funny. This is a solid riff from the boyz and figured I'd watch someone else play it before attempting it myself.

I connect my guitar to my PC via POD HD500, and record with Cubase. My camera is CANON IXY 1. And I use Windows Movie Maker for video editing.

Brilliant. Nice all that Remains type mid heavy tone. Did use a tab for this? If so which one. Ive seen lots of tabs that seem wrong to me
