    I am 74 years old and have issues with my balance while walking especially outside like in the mall etc.
    I feel doing your balance exercises is helping me.
    Please more such videos for improving balance for elderly people like me.

    I heard on the radio that most senior hospitalisations (here in Australia) were from falls. They talked about what to do after the fall but you talk about prevention. Prevention is better than a cure.

      Hi my name I jo & I have foot drop due to M.S. I really love all your experiences & I have been doing some of them & they are helping me. I have very tight hip on the same leg as the foot drop. Can you tell me what excerises would you advise me to do every day to cover both the foot drop & tight hip.
