1. Whenever Eating out, know generally what kind of food you need to eat
2. Know how much food you are eating so you can hit your goals, if you are bulking, you can close one eye and ease a little, but if you are cutting, best to weigh your food
3. Eat your Proteins at HOME, those will save you Tons of Money
4. Enjoy the Process, create a habit and be consistent!

@alex chee A little tip for you- so that you don’t have to get your hands covered in chicken slime. Pour the oil and dry seasoning in the container & close the lid and shake it like crazy. A lot cleaner than using your hands✌🏽
