After certain number of bars emptied, he will be invincible and starts to go to the side of the road and shoot wind attacks at you at a 180 degree angle.
Well just I bought Kingdom hearts Hd 2.5 remix. So I'm playing it now but my old Ps3 just died on me But I'm buying a new one in July this year . Will make sure if mickey will be playable.

There's no way in hell this fight should be almost 20 minutes long. Dude, I can beat this boss in five minutes. I have beaten this boss in five minutes and can prove so (not in as high a quality though :p). You need a better fighting strategy against this guy, LOL.
Also not everyone is as good as you at fighting this boss. Some people have problems with some bosses because the way they are use to playing makes the boss challenging for them.

He is easy. I've beaten him without dying and without Mickey's help.
He's easy if you know what you're doing. It's figuring it out that's the main thing.
