I thought realist are better than idealist. This gives me hope by taking action on my ideas and make that 1% grow. Thanks Nathan for this book summary.
"no matter who you are, no matter what you do, no matter who your audience is: 30 percent will love it, 30 percent will hate it, and 30 percent won’t care. Stick with the people who love you and don’t spend a single second on the rest. Life will be better that way." --James Altucher
i've read 8th habit from Stephen R. Covey. It has the same diagram as you described about emotion, physical, spiritual n mental. On that book (8th habit), it was heart, mind, spirit n body.
Awesome summary and content. Thanks Nathan. I'm a fan from the beginning and you manage to improve by that 1% from video to video, even though you already started really well.
Presentation is quite engaging along with a short summary. In Market like India most of your services sold, are quite cheap. Actually it's maximum for a Penny. Quite difficult to raise price even after maximum delivery due to extreme competition with few exceptions.
Wow, excellent. Definitely good try to put this, the daily practice. Thank you so much for this great summary, and for taking the time to summarize it in the PDF. God Bless.
Thank you, I like how you explain this type of books. I love all your videos. maybe you can open an another channel for us that explain different book genre.
Build the emotional muscle 1% daily through connecting meaningfully with others. Under price and over deliver to market yourself and grow an audience of supporters. Then say no more often and focus on the select few customers who you are most interested in. A larger demand will follow.
Great video! I’m on the last couple chapters of the book and wanted to get another persons point of view on it. Crazy question Saturday - what do you use to make this type of high quality video/presentation? Thanks!
Chematronix Quarantamila I’ll admit I’m pretty shit at coming up with new ideas. It’s some thing I’ve got to work on for sure. Which is why i like this book so much.
Rule #1 to reduce effort: don't take it to seriously: «"One can´t believe impossible things", "I dare say, you haven´t had much practice" said the Queen. "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.» -Alice in wonderland :)
Can you please put a video on how to summarise the contents of the book that you read, and get the core message like you did. Consider this genuine request.
Self published books suck AND 98% never sell the 300 books that are part of their initial required order. It is STILL vanity press. except that an entire industry if parasites has recreated itself to "serve" this mentality. Amazon REFUSES to release stats on self published books. why do u think that is?
Your math is wrong. 1% improvement a day for a year makes you 365% better, which translates to 3.65 times better. Not 37 times better. Sorry to rain on your parade.
Thank you for your shot of positivity, productivity and confidence every week.

I was first introduced to James through reading his quora answers. He has exploded lately. Great summary of the book.
he's got a surprisingly good blog. I just found him because someone posted one of his last entries about Abigail Disney and it was great
exactly. all of his quora answers were always over delivering than original question
Thank you! It is a blessing when the learnings of a good book can be derived in such a short and to-the-point video!
It's good to see another video from you. I watch it religiously
This is crazy, simple and evolutionary on an individual level.
Beautifully explained! Love that even he mentions sleep before food and exercise.
True, giving back more than what you get makes you more valuables .... 👍

Love your content, but there’s a tiny request, can you put captions on your videos? As some of us might need to watch videos without sound on ;)
Same here.
2 solutions; 1) RUclips has auto-captions. 2) Nathan provides 1-page summaries of all of these books, if you’re looking to read something :)

Why, sometimes I believe in as many as ten impossible ideas before breakfast!
