I don’t think so specially after his bad take with Fates. The worst entry is Gaiden/Echoes and Radiant Dawn. Fates is one of the best regardless of it’s ridiculous story.

@@rexhurne doesn't matter in the end without fates or awakening fire emblem would like earth bound or F zero a dead franchise that's hasn't gotten the game in years and is mostly relegated to smash
At least be thankful to those games for allowing the series to continue
Man, I loved the maps and challenge of conquest but cant finish it because I hated the characters and story. Three houses is what I wanted the warring factions in fates to be.

Man, Revelations route is boring as hell, from the story and the maps.
And I heavily disliked that Valla didn't had any unique charactherization, aside from Azura it didn't offer new classes or new aesthetics, Norh and Hoshido felt charming giving a lot of visual representation in their culture, but Valla is simply hollow and forgettable.
The worst FE game in this generation
You don’t see a game THAT bad and gotten away with it… and it wasn’t a mainstream title like CoD & Pokémon (which they had their worst titles like Vanguard and SwSh but gotten away with it)

Ya know what’s crazy? Even if this is the worst fire emblem it’s still better than half the crap that gets pushed. I mean seriously base game of conquest was still better than Elden Ring talk about a master class in lazy but gets pushed anyways.
I'm surprised at people liking the story of one route more than the other. They were all awful and laughable, but I loved playing all three routes.
Its not my favorite, but for me far from the worst. In my opinion The FE from DS is worse. But yes, The history from Fates is crap.

It’s one of the few fire emblem games I haven’t finished. I’ve tried playing it again. I’m in the theater area part of the game. Don’t know how far that is.
Revalations is pretty shit, but Conquest is pretty good imo. Just don't play Fates for the story lol

Also I am also a FE fan I just got them all and have to say, fates was the worst story I've ever seen. It feels hollow, no context, lore, no distance sensation. It feels empty to me.

I fucking hope not, lol there are plenty of other FE games that deserve a switch port far more than fates. It's a terrible fucking game and you're not missing anything by not playing it.
I sure hope so. Uncensored and with a better localization too. It will help conserve it once the 3DS eshop goes away.

You could but it depends since gameplay wise conquest is the hardest but has the worst story(if you don't have the dlc maps) birthright is braindead easy but has the best written story of the 3 routes(which makes sense since it's meant for new comers or people who only played awakening) and revelations is supposed to be more of middle ground but it falters the most since they couldn't balance the game and added a whole bunch of gimmicks to the returning maps & new maps that are really hit or miss or boring in some cases so it but it's recommended to do conquest & birthright first before revelations but in the end it's up to you

Even though i hate Fates for having the worst story i do like the music and characters(excluding Peri, Garon and his goons)
Damn I never knew the limited edition was such a holy grail, I bought it on ebay many years back and was priced like new.
I was lucky enough to buy all 3 routes before the 3DS shop closed down last year but this marketing tactic Really pissed me off and completely unfair to players who are trying to actully appreciate the story. Especially since the only way to get revelations now, is through the Ridiculously overpriced collectors edition. That or get an emulator so you can just complete it and get it over with.
Fates amazing combat. Mechanically the pair up and child systems were perfected. Also arguably the best sound track. Sure the story sucks, but the gameplay easily stands on its own and then some. Just skip story and easy S+ tier.
FE games are usually pretty dull strategy wise. Not a lot of variety in what you have to do compared to other older series such as Vandal Heart, Shining Force 3 or FF Tactics.
The game works really well if you play The Limited face game and you play one of the stories first but they tried really hard with this one I remember playing Conquest and crying because of the difficulty then Birthright was such a cakewalk, the story is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous but I kind of like Corin and his critical animation but this ain't it

Is Fates perfect? No of course it isn't. It does have some glaring annoying issues.
Is it a terrible game? Absolutely not. The gameplay, story, characters, music & artwork are all top notch. I never get bored playing Fates.
Fates is still a solid fun TRPG despite its flaws. Again it's not perfect but it's also not the worst period.

Exactly, I love Fates, all three of them. I still believe that Shadows of Valentia is the best on the 3ds, but Fates is not horrible AT ALL. I just hate it when RUclipsrs I like go all this way for a click. True, it might be his opinion and all, but going to this length as to call the worst of anything is just click bait.
Worst FE games at each generation:
1st (1990-2001): Gaiden - aged horribly and came out during the Super Famicom two years later that everybody moved on. You are better off playing SoV on the 3ds).
2nd (2002-2011): Binding Blade (nothing special about the game nor the characters including Roy being the worst lord yet he made it to smash melee)
3rd (2012-): Fates (you already know the full study so don’t bother)

Shadows of Valentia was my worst fire emblem. Fates was a really great game, I just didn't like the execution of future children included in side stories
Nah because Fe1 Fe2 and Binding Blade exist. People act like Fates having a bad plot instantly makes it the worst when Fire Emblem pre Three Houses were way more gameplay than story. Fates had great gameplay, great music and cool character designs (Minus perry) so I don't see the problem. Of course this video is about revelations specifically which I do agree os the worst Fates route.
Edit: Ngl I wrote this without getting to the part where you said you liked the other 2 routes but I totally thought you just hated all of them from other videos, still stand by my points though.
