Please help me. I'm operated 5 years back for ACL surgery, Now because of 15kg gain in weight in this covid pandemic yesterday my operated knee slightly dislocate. Now seens last 1 day swelling on my operated knee. What to do for getting rid of swelling and recovering from this pain except icing? Please help me ASAP. Thanks.

Great exercises have someone with you when trying for first time
You should have someone after surgery showing these exercises. These exercises seem unrealistic at weeks 4-8
Very realistic. Im 5 weeks after surgery now. And all these are already very easy for me
You need to push yourself harder if you can't do these at 4-8

Just a tip for people who are overweight, you dont need to add qeight when squatting. Your extra body fat acts as an external weight :)

No unless you had meniscus repair
@@Tayllor94I had 8 stitches in my bucket handle meniscus repair. After 4 weeks you’re good to go.
