While there isn't much description wise for characters like Otto and Alicent (beyond having the typical Andal features of brown/reddish hair and green to brown eyes); but you had TONS to go off of for characters like Rhaenys if you were *truly* using the books as a source material for descriptions. It looks and sounds more like you used one of the SoIAF Wikis along with your own general idea of how they should look.
