We booked it through disney! Before your cruise, they list all the excursions they offer on their website. When excursion booking opened up on the website, we booked it! I know it’s a tough one to get because it’s very popular and sells out quickly, but we managed to do it!
You're welcome! Yeah booking excursions opens based on how many times you have sailed with Disney before, which is your Castaway Club level status. If you have never sailed before, it is 75 days before sailing. Silver Castaway Club members (sailed 1-5 times before), can book 90 days before sailing. Gold members (6-10 times), can book 105 days before sailing. Platinum members (11-25 times), can book 120 days before sailing. Pearl members (26+ times), can book 123 days prior to sailing. It was $264 per person when we did it in 2022. I just checked the Disney website and it has jumped up to $309 per person.
